“I find Aldi's to be a very friendly and welcoming neighborhood supermarket. The staff recognize you and briefly chat sometimes, helping you find something you don't see right away.
Price-wise I think they're better than Walmart which means the prices are really good. As with any supermarket I checked my produce closely just to make sure that anything that might bruise is not bruised. I've never actually compared their prices with LYDL's, but I would imagine they're just as good or maybe a little cheaper. Nowadays it's good to save money where you can and Aldi's is one place where we save money.”
“While I like the food and the prices here, to be honest I usually dread shopping at Aldi because it’s so labor intensive. It’s hard to find help, and sadly I’ve had some challenging interactions with staff here in the past. But today Adiba at the cash register was so kind, patient, and helpful that it completely turned my perception around. It’s amazing how what can seem like so little can go so far. “20260221 This grocery store looks much bigger on the outside. Surprisingly, they managed to pack a lot of things in there. Not a lot of space to move around, and I can't imagine if it was packed with people and shopping cart. The selection of merchandise is good, with lots of processed frozen food. I like the free range duck option.
The food court is a separate entrance. Upon entering the food court, it was smaller than expected, too. I walked around to check out their vendors. I didn't see anything I wanted. Also, entire area appeared to be unclean.
I like 99 Ranch better. It's cleaner and newer looking.”

“Hands down the best Iranian style kabobs I’ve had in the DMV. Kamran, the Iranian chef behind the grill, brings serious skill from years in hotel kitchens in Iran and Turkey. The meat is freshly cut by the jolly in-house butcher, the bread is homemade, and even the simplest order (just meat and bread) outshines the competition.
Pro tip: Ask for your kabob wet (with chicken fat on the bread). While you wait, check out the butcher counter or grab some Persian pistachios and lavashak up front. An absolute hidden gem.”

“Decent sized grocery store with a good amount of fresh produce. The butcher section is a bit small but it has all the basic necessities and so does the seafood section.”
