“Went to this Food Lion location for the first time today, and I was thoroughly impressed. Before I even went in, I sat in my car for a minute and noticed how many people were coming in and out with groceries. After shopping here, I can definitely see why.
I’ve been to the Food Lion in Sterling before and honestly wasn’t very impressed with that store or the overall experience, but this location completely turned that around for me.
The store was bright, very clean, well stocked, and organized. I was able to find everything I needed easily without any problems. The best part, though, was the prices. Name-brand items were extremely affordable here compared to neighboring grocery stores, where you’d easily pay much more.
I picked up a good amount of things, including multiple beverages, dessert, a few sides, and hot chicken from the deli, and still didn’t even spend $40. That’s a win in my book.
I’ll definitely be back to do my grocery shopping here.”
“Lotte Market in Herndon is one of those places where you can easily lose track of time just browsing around. The store is big, clean, and packed with all kinds of groceries from different cultures — especially Korean, Japanese, and other Asian items. The produce section is fresh and well stocked, and I like that they often have seasonal fruits and veggies you don’t always find at big chain stores. The seafood counter is impressive too, with a nice mix of fresh fish, crabs, and shrimp.
What makes it even better is the little food court area near the entrance. You can grab hot Korean dishes, bakery items, or bubble tea if you want a quick bite while shopping. The staff is friendly and keeps the aisles tidy, which makes the whole experience smooth. Prices are reasonable overall, and parking is never a hassle. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy discovering new flavors or cooking international dishes at home.”

“They do a good job here. While I sometimes shop at other Giants, this one is my favorite: 1) their self-scanners work better than other Giants (and all other stores for that matter); 2) whenever something rings up incorrectly, Marjorie (sp?) or another manager makes it right; 3) I like that Giant hires union workers, and the workers here seem like they receive a living wage.
Why shop at a national chain when we have a great local/regional chain right in our neighborhood? Keep up the great work!”

“Anyone from Eastern/ European region, you will probably want to check out this store.
I had tears of joy when discovered some Hungarian goods here.
These people have wonderful Smetana (like sour cream, but much nicer) as well as dried pastas, canned and tinned imports, specialty breads and those odd looking smoked / pickled fish delicacies (if that's your thing).
Fresh cakes, anyone?”
“Generally staff are nice, and have had few issues. However, it’s a bit concerning that their store policies for certain vaccines (Ex: RSV) do not align with CDC guidance.”
