Terrible branch from processes, availability of funds, equipment failures and ability to process simple teller deposits. They make you feel special when you walk in with money. Please bank and a different branch or bank in general.

I had a great experience at this bank. All the bank tellers were super nice and a delight to talk to. Natalie, Claudia, and Ellen Shin the branch manager we was super helpful. I would recommend this bank
