“It's not a bad establishment better since the remodeling I busted the cashier chops about selfscan being closed she seemed ight with it they seemed pretty down to earth there was a funky odor coming frm the back but doesn't everyone's backdoor smell funky sometimes ?♀️??♀️????”
“It is always a bargain. Many of the items are cheaper than the Dollar Tree. Unfortunately, the food selection was limited today, but you never know what you will find. Emery boards were $0.88, whereas Walmart sells them for over $2, and Dollar Tree doesn’t have them. I always love the book selection. The toy selection is good, too, especially around the holidays.”
“I went to this Dollar general for the gift card promotion. I must say this location is so organized and clean. Ms. Bee the store manager was very friendly and assisted me when the instant savings did not come off when I purchased the gift cards. Ms. Bee customer service was top notch!”

“Spoke to the manager John, he stated that now they are independent and that is why they have such a great variety.) I love the Caribbean and Latin American foods, the produce area is the best. They have yuca, paintain , green bananas and eve cana. Very clean, great prices. Here is an example (Kroger cranberry Ginger soda on sale $2.79. Save-a-lot $1.99 regular price. great location, bathroom is very clean. We live near St Mary's hospital close to Publix , Kroger, Target, Fresh Market, Walmart and I can say it is really worth the drive. I love McDaniel coffee better than all grocery brands. Thank you”

“I stop here all the time for little things I need. It’s super convenient, the staff is always nice, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from a Dollar General. Feels like having a pantry right at the end of the road. Definitely 5 stars.”

“A very cool & iconic Five Below opening in Mechanicsville, VA and I was pleasantly surprised. So many products at affordable prices is a blessing in this day and age. A great place to get a birthday gift for your family/friends and/or pick up some of your favorite staples (ibuprofen, headphones, cleaning supplies, etc.). With great customer service and so much diversity, Five Below is definitely a godsend the Mechanicsville area. Bravo, Five Below, bravo!!!”
“If you love bargains then this is the place for you. Just know if you see it while you're there you better go ahead and purchase it during your visit because it likely not to be in stock the next you come in to shop. My only downfall for coming to the store is I've been looking for a certain item and they have it in every color except the color I need and want. Other than that it's a pretty good store.”

The store was busy, but she was so pleasant and was working 2 registers at one time and the line was moving rapidly. She was so nice and deserves a shout out and even a promotion. “I love this Dollar General. Everyone is pleasant and the store is always stocked. I usually spend 15 minutes or more just looking around. The prices are usually reasonable. I live near several but I will still come to Airport Drive.”
