“I went to this Dollar general for the gift card promotion. I must say this location is so organized and clean. Ms. Bee the store manager was very friendly and assisted me when the instant savings did not come off when I purchased the gift cards. Ms. Bee customer service was top notch!”
“I went to this store for the 1st time tonight. I needed help finding a couple things, I was also having trouble with my coupon & the staff was so nice & helpful & patient, went out of their way instead of giving up when we couldnt figure it out at 1st, even went to the back and got something that I needed that wasnt on the shelf WITHOUT me even asking (DO U HAVE ANY IN THE BACK) I heard a lot of stuff moving around back there so I kno he really looked for it & they had it!!! “One of the newer/nicer/bigger Dollar Tree locations in Richmond. Staff is friendly. The store can be a bit of a mess, but not nearly as bad as other Dollar Tree locations in Richmond. The line moves quickly at this location. Big parking lot.”
“Dollar General is a good place to shop. Even though small they adhere to all these crazy covid rules. If you only want a few things the store is not too big and you can find just about everything and it is all reasonably priced”

All around A+ … if you can’t find something and a generous employee knows if it may or may not be in the back (if they have it in stock) they will grab it for you. If the customers in the area did a nicer job of putting things back where they grabbed them from the store would be in even better condition!”

“I like this store is a very nice place to shop the people that work there are very friendly to have good customer service but I've noticed they're starting to go up on certain things I wish that it could have been that it didn't I liked it when they had everything a certain price because you could just go in there and grab something if you are in a hurry or if you didn't have a lot of money on you. you could get something cheap and still get something good from out of there I'll still be going to Dollar Tree but only to get certain things that I need from out of there.”

“I love this Dollar General. Everyone is pleasant and the store is always stocked. I usually spend 15 minutes or more just looking around. The prices are usually reasonable. I live near several but I will still come to Airport Drive.”
