“It's one of the nicer Dollar Trees I've been to. It was a little crowded, and there were stocking boxes in the way, but at least the shelves were stocked! I got what I needed and was able to check out quickly. The cashier was actually friendly!”

“I visited this location on Hull Street (across the street from the large vacant church) often & one of the associates (I think she's a manager) is ALWAYS super friendly to everyone! She was really helpful to a woman who'd purchased a lot of 2 liter sodas & she shows excellent customer service to all of the people entering the store. I don't know her name, but I remember her smile! If I do get her name, I will enter it at a later date because she deserves to be recognized.”

They've got pretty decent prices on Briar's ice cream too and breyers will give you $1,000 on fetch for your ice cream purchase. Can't beat that either. “One of the newer/nicer/bigger Dollar Tree locations in Richmond. Staff is friendly. The store can be a bit of a mess, but not nearly as bad as other Dollar Tree locations in Richmond. The line moves quickly at this location. Big parking lot.”

“Yesterday, Dollar Tree Jahnke Road blew my mind with first class organization. A worker there said a whole team came to organize the entire store a day or so ago. They did such a great job, I hope they keep it tidy. I'd grown accustomed to that store being trashy and depressive, dreaded going despite it being near my house.”
“I drive from Richmond to come here to find Boost when my Richmond stores are out of it but unfortunately for the last Almost 2 months no Boots and none at the stores Richmond or Petersburg! “The young lady, Erica, that was at the checkout was extremely sweet. I've never been to any Family Dollar and been treated with so much respect ever. She was very kind, well mannered, friendly and most importantly in customer service she greeted me and smiled the entire time. She had such a positive energy and I absolutely loved it. They need more and more associates like her at these Family Dollar stores. She needs to be there all the time. She actually made me want to shop more to give the business because she was so nice.
