“Issac was a true life saver for me! I was stranded with a broken phone and he solved my confusing problem with quick expertise. I was able to stay in budget and keep my number! He was friendly despite my impatient anxious attitude at first and was able to have me feeling better about the problem in no time. He even handled there being another customer waiting in the store just as quickly as he helped me. “My MacBook Pro charger cable unfortunately broke. I called Apple tech support, and was informed, due to the age of my computer, Apple no longer made replacement parts for my specific computer. I spent several days looking for a replacment part, and was unsuccessful nor did I have the finances to purchase a new computer. I randomly decided to stop by Experimax and was greeted by Leonard. I informed him of my situation and he was able to provide me with a replacement charger within a few minutes. I’m so grateful for Leonard and the service that he provided for me. Not only did he provide exceptional service, he provide a means for me to save some money and address an issue, I had no solution to solve. Would highly recommend Experimax for those looking to get their Apple products serviced.”

“I dread everything related to Verizon; their customer service makes even the smallest task a nightmare. But alas, I had to get my phone fixed. There was no way around it. So I put on my big girl panties and went to my local store after work. There were two of us waiting when I got there. Within five minutes we were both asked what our needs were. Robert simultaneously took care of us while helping another woman. This man needs a raise. He was actively helping all three of us during downtime in the others’ service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Robert is an angel. I left there with all my problems solved, he didn’t try to upsell me or talk me to something I didn’t need. He simply fixed my phone quickly and efficiently, while helping other people and he did it all with a smile on his face. Five star experience.”

I came here to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max OLED screen replaced and Wally got it done in under an hour with a screen protector free of charge.I ended up losing some functions like True Tone with my phone screen due to it not being an Apple screen (not his fault) and he returned my old screen and offered me a refund immediately while suggesting other options.Super kind and honest workers at Broadway, and some of the fairest prices in RVA.”

I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

“been thinking about getting an apple watch for over a year now, finally found some time to go out to a store to get the process going - Aurelis greeted me instantly and grabbed the exact watch I had in mind! She was so patient with me (i’m not very tech savvy) and took the time to explain all the features and show me everything from the different watch faces to literally the easiest way to put it on! Aurelis was so kind and sweet during our interaction and while my watch was syncing to my phone, she was able to assist other guests waiting (I personally work in retail, so we love a multitasker!) also, bonus points for being pretty funny. Will definitely revisit this location for any of my future purchases/questions just to work with Aurelis again!”

Good manners ("alright, alright" chill vibe), prompt service, and the right amount of helpful that was needed part way through a rough long-distance road trip plagued by bad weather.Basic convenience store offerings but the muffin we bought was not stale and tasted pretty good. Did not buy gas at the station (bought across the street because it was closest from the office ramp) but came over to 7-Eleven because they were open.”

Definitely deserves 5 stars but my only inconvenience is I work very late and I thought 711 was 24/7 but it always seems like this store is closed by the time I get home around 1-2am. And sometimes I really want a midnight snack. But that’s just my simple complaint, and not a reflection of the store. The store is amazing!! 5 stars”
