Fortunately for me and my family, Josh and Nae were working tonight. instead of sending me off with my broken phone they offered to help me anyways even though they were about to lock the door. I am beyond grateful for their diligence, compassion and care for my situation. “Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”
“I would recommend this store over 100 times over and over. Customer service was amazing and I mean A+. The store is very neat, organized and clean. Pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. For now on with any in-store needs I have this will be my store of choice. I suggest this store for others that is reading this review as well. I was assisted by Ms. Zaineb. She did an awesome job in communicating my need with the customer service department, advocating for me and resolved my issue to have my service reconnected due to no fault of my own or Metro PCS. “Love this 7-11. I used to live in this neighborhood and go back as often as I can. The workers are friendly and Brian remembers all of his customers. The parking lot is small and it is difficult to get in and out because of the traffic in that location.”

“Though I was canceled service and my visit was to return my modem, I have to commend the staff and process. The return was smooth. Verizon could learn from T-Mobil. Return a phone to Verizon, and even it is in perfect condition, they'll always find a way to downgrade the device condition. T-Mobil was thorough, asked if I was happy with the service, and provided a printed receipt for the device. They were busy, and taking care of me wasn't going to result in any commission, but I wasn't rushed or treated like I was no longer valued. Excellent.”

“Easy, fast, pick up for my items! I didn't shop at this visit. The store has construction going on but is still available for shopping as there was many people there. Some things were just not in their normal location! Example, the women's lingerie was right inside the entrance. Target has some wonderful things, and I'm glad we have them in Mechanicsville!”
