“I was going to do the review earlier but my phone was acting up. I went there today because my friend Gladys and Todd Klevgard recommended this place to me because her husband Todd's friend I guess is the owner or something. Don't quote me on that but I know that they know him.. I went there and I was expecting to pay a lot but it was not a lot I actually got a coupon discount from the gentleman at the counter and because it was my first time there I guess anyway. The guy was very very friendly and the rest of the guys in the shop they were all liked posing for the pictures that I was taking for the review. Quite an interactive team. But that's what good customer service is all about treating people like their family. And I just want to thank you all for making my experience with your business a good one and you made my day just a little bit better. It's kind of far away from where I live so unless I'm near my friend gladys's house I may not come back but I highly recommend your business to other people whether they're local or they're just driving through and need an oil change or some wipers or whatever. Thanks again”

“Because my car was looking so grungy from a bad need of being repainted, I hadn't considered it worth cleaning. But we were getting ready to sell it, and I got motivated to go to the Hanover Car Pool. I'm not sure that I expected them to do much for its looks, but so help me, except for the paint problem, Car Pool made that car look absolutely like new. I couldn't believe it! “UPDATE: they have gained two starsSo many improvements.This is one of my favorite places to go to get a great wash. I’m even more excited that they are building a location right down the street from my new store and just blocks away from my home in Williamsburg Road.But let’s talk about what makes this place great. They really scrub your card down well even on the busy days. I wish they would get the rims better but no place is perfect.The car wash is soapy and the brushes are aligned properly so it doesn’t smack your mirrors close.The wait wasn’t long but I’m glad to have a two choices in the area. Although they have to compete with larger locations with additional features they remain affordable and the personal touch having someone there to prewash your car is even better. For just $4 dollars or the managers special at $23 you can’t find a better wash.I always opt for the managers special and pay monthly.I love that they loan you towels to dry down your truck and a bin to toss them in when done. Glass cleaner and air fresheners are included with your wash. The only thing I would like to see added is an air compressor to blow out the corners you can’t reach with the vacuum. The vacuums are so powerful they could probably lift your carpet up from the frame. ?Highly recommend!!![First Impressions:]It's unfortunate that is place is still under construction. I wanted the West End experience, but ended up with the come back in a few weeks and it will be better experience.I loved Rio car wash. When Go bought Rio and I saw this location on my way to work I was so excited. I am waiting patiently, but in the meantime here's what happened on my first visit.The guys that prewash your car had to prewash it again on my second time going in because the first wash barely cleaned the dust off the car. The brushes look thin and the soap look watered down. I pay for the manager special with the wax and extras, but none of these things appeared to be working this day. The grill on my vehicle is still dirty and spots all over my windshield because the blower is sketchy.Even going through twice the wheels were not shined and the tires looked dry. The spots from the rain from days prior mixed with the last of the pollen remained on my hood.After to speaking to the Assistant Manager she explained that they are replacing everything from hogwash and a lot of the brush are not working. Sigh. Ok ok, I will update you in two months to see how it goes.”

“We brought a 2001 F-350 that had been stored outside on a farm at the river for the last 5 years. It was in rough shape and covered in mould. Lamont and the rest of the guys did and amazing job inside and out and it now looks fantastic! We brought a second family wagon that was in a similar state and they did a great job on that one too. The cost for each was very reasonable and the value for the work was outstanding. What a great family business and wonderful bunch of people.”

“I just signed up for a monthly subscription. After this first time, I’m pleased. The exterior was sparkly, mostly dry and those vacuums were perfect for getting up the errant leaves that got tracked in. I hope I don’t ever need reason to employ those mat washers but I know where I’m going if something spills. I’m hoping a subscription plan in addition to its close proximity to the house is enough reason to always have a clean car.I have to say I’ve somehow made it to adulthood and cannot recall a time that I’ve actually gone through a car wash and it was quite frightening. Every sensor in the car made it seem like we were on a collision course from every direction. I just hope it won’t scratch the car.With all that said, I plan to be back. “Stopped here to fill up with gas and pick up some ice. Both transactions went smoothly. The attendant was very nice and helpful. I had a few issues with the pump credit card reader but was able to resolve it by cancelling a couple of transactions and restarting the process. The reader failed to read the chip a couple of times before it succeeded.”

“I am a loyal customer to this 711 about 2 years ago the people at the store wasn't respectful or helpful the night shift really takes on a lot with working at night and I must say they handle their job well they are helpful respectful and honest I had falling off of my bike & they help me with no problem I'm glad they did because I've broken my hip. LaTesha and Tallin is amazing and I'm glad they are their to make the store a better place. The store is coming along it's not a lot of car traffic anymore.”
