He created a new and heartier band exactly as I had asked for to match the rest of my set and cleaned up other issues from years of other repairs. It looks like it is a brand new ring. He also worked on the 2 other rings in my set. I have received so many compliments ever since I got them back. He is honest, reliable, and wonderful to work with!”
“Love that this garden is by our house. We had won family membership at an autism auction and I have no regrets. This was perfect for me and my boys to do on any (non-rainy) day. They even have story time on Friday and sat! If anything, we went typically every week and I'm so glad I did. I took this opportunity to get them familiar with the layout and settings before the garden lights event in the winter. This is a great place to get some fresh air and not overly crowded. (I guess it really does depend on when you go. We typically go first thing in the AM.) anyways, but the time the winter lights were up I felt very comfortable letting them slightly roam. If anything, it was not a new place so it didn't overwhelm them. Love everything about this place and themes. We will be renewing our membership! “Needed watch band repair. Watch and Pen is tucked around the side of the building in a sort of an odd retail space. But the woman who helped me was friendly and nice, and I walked out in under 10 minutes having paid a very reasonable fee for the quick repair. They do engraving. Will definitely be my go to for future watch repair and engraving.”

“Great price and a genuine guy!! Had him repair a broken engagement ring cut a necklace turn the cut part into a bracelet and repair a pendant. The pendant was to close fit to the chain and broke. Went back and he repaired the pendant and widened the whole free of charge. This is where I will go for any jewelry repair!!”
