“I can't express enough how grateful I am to have Finks as our jeweler. Finks has everything from luxury watches to the finest jewelry. You are greeted with extremely great service and even offered coffee, champagne and chocolate. Our sales rep Reyna not only made us feel like part of the Finks family right away but she goes out of her way to get us exactly what we want. If she doesn't have it in stock, she'll special order it. I take my family to shop there as frequently as I can and Reyna always makes sure to provide amazing service. We will be part of the Finks family for decades to come. I highly recommend this jeweler for any customer deserving of such service.”

Scot at Schwartschild was extremely informative and also worked with my homeowners insurance to provide them with all the necessary information and documentation. He kept me up to date on all details and was always available for any questions or concerns. The ring came out beautifully. It looked so much better than before! “Omg omg I am sooo happy with my experience at Jared. Morgan, Lorraine, and Kevin were absolutely amazing. I went in to look for engagement rings with my girlfriend not expecting much because we had been to many other places, but upon walking in we were greeted very warmly and it felt like they were really passionate about trying to help us find what we were looking for. Kevin helped us first and he was great in helping me narrow down the cut I wanted. Morgan and Lorraine then took over and they were fantastic! I came in looking for emerald cut rings and I completely changed my mind on emerald cut and then found the cut I truly wanted with their help. Morgan began looking at round cut radiants and guys when I say she pulled the most beautiful ring out of the case it was a round cut radiant with hearts in the side to compliment the center stone and I turned to my girlfriend who asked if she could put it on my finger and immediately as soon as she put it in my finger I couldn’t contain my joy I burst into tears and I couldn’t believe it I had found THE ring and it was the best experience ever! I’m so happy to have had such an amazing time with such amazing people at Jared who truly care about their client’s happiness. “Christian made time for me and got my custom bracelet made while I waited. I was very surprised to see how fast and good he can work. I am a gold prospector and found a gold nugget and he embedded a gold ring into the nugget magically somehow, and connected it to the bracelet as to not damage the bracelet, but held it in place permanently. See the image, pure mastery. I will definitely be using him again!!”

“Went to Dransfield to build a custom setting for an engagement ring using a diamond I already had, and I can't say enough good thing about the whole experience! Rose was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and worked closely with me to design a truly unique piece. This involved Rose drawing up many sketches, and then working with me to take parts I liked from different designs, combining them into my fiancés dream ring. Rose really listened to my ideas while also bringing in her expertise for helpful suggestions. I could tell she really cared about the project and poured a lot of time into the ring. Last but not least, the pricing was fantastic and well within my budget!Can't wait to work with Rose again soon for our wedding bands!”

“We went to Nine Roses not really having a clue as to what I wanted for an engagement ring except a specific shape (that isn't super easy to come by). Nick spent so much time listening to us, giving us advice, and finding multiple diamonds in the shape I wanted for me to choose from. Him and his team came up with a design, I got my ring on NYE and it's more beautiful than anything I ever imagined. Don't sleep on this Richmond local jeweler; Nine Roses is top notch, and we will definitely be back for our wedding bands!”

“I was very young when I was first introduced to OnU jewelry by a friend of mine in middle school. My mother took me there and we both loved to just look at the artistic creations, as well as purchase the jewelry. I still have a necklace and a bracelet from back then that is the same as the day I got it, and I have worn them many (many many) times! I have since gone back on several occasions to buy some pieces for myself but a lot for friends, and I am always greeted as a friend by the owners and Willow (their adorable dog). I couldn’t recommend OnU jewelry enough. Not once have I received anything other than positivity about OnU from the friends I have gifted necklaces and such to. It’s a staple for me for birthdays and Christmas and will continue to be! Donna is also very motherly and communicative which makes conversation as I browse just as lovely as buying the jewelry. 10000% recommend :)))”
