“I have a desire to relocate to Richmond. The first thing I need to know is where to shop my usual groceries. I'm surprised with this Kroger Marketplace in Mechanicsville Virginia. Wow. It was so convenient off the major throughfare. The location was easy to find. Price of my usuals are about the same or less. The sales items are well stocked. Only a few items seemed to be on shortage. That's normal and I get used to.Clothes department really throw me off. They got nice fashion and reasonably priced clothes for the whole family. Customers were friendly. I would return, most definitely.”

“I have used this CVS for the last two years. They’re usually pretty quick and friendly. Yesterday, I felt like the pharmacist, Marcus, went above and beyond in helping me try to get a much needed medication at 6:30 on a Friday (they close at 7), after it was originally sent to another pharmacy, then it wasn’t covered by my new insurance. In the time it took me to drive over to this CVS, the pharmacist had filled my prescription and already found a coupon to get this prescription to an affordable price. I appreciate Marcus’s extra efforts to help me, and he’s always greets customers with a smile and a willingness to help!”

“This was an emergency stop. I'd gotten my cycle unexpectedly and needed to get something ASAP after I'd landed. This was the closest store. The walgreens is laid out nicely, the service was prompt and fine. I was able to get in and get out. The only other place that was supposed to be open 24 hours was apparently closed due to the storm/Hurricane that had just rolled through.”
“We went to Claire's and off the bat they were super nice and welcoming, they told us it was gonna be fine and it wouldn't hurt that bad. She was very reassuring and perfect! It was my first piercing and yes It did hurt but not that bad. I recommend this store so much, have a good one!”
“I have to give props to the Walmart Pharmacist who helped me at this location. I transferred all of my prescriptions on the Walmart website the beginning of September 2022 from the CVS down the street. CVS marked them as "transferred out of store" but never sent the information to Walmart. I went back and forth with them for a MONTH until I was in so much pain I couldn't take it anymore. I told the Walmart pharmacist what was going on, how much pain I was in, and she called the CVS pharmacist herself and made sure all of my prescriptions were PROPERLY transferred over to her to fill and she had them done the same day. I picked them up this morning and as soon as I'm feeling a little better, I'm going back to take her a bouquet of flowers to show my gratitude. She was awesome!!!”
“Much better pharmacy experience here than at other Walgreens locations I’ve visited. I was able to get in and out in just a few minutes (just picking up a prescription from urgent care). To be fair, this was a Saturday evening at like 5pm, so I didn’t visit during peak hours. Also, the staff were super sweet and helpful.”
“I have delivered at this location on multiple occasions. Although it's tight maneuvering to the entrance and that stupid fire hydrant that sits nearly in the middle while you're trying to dock, the people there are the best! They seem to always be happy to see you and they unload lickety split!”

“The pharmacist and techs kept me up-to-date and stayed responsive despite the busy volume they served. My medicine has been impossible to get but they sorted it for me and I have it now. I changed doctors to remove medication obstacles, but I won't be switching pharmacies because this one really is the best. The people who work here are over worked and whatever they're making isn't enough for the work load they have. They practically had to work for my doctor, insurance and the pharmacy to get my meds so I'm writing a review because they've been pulling their weight and everybody else's and it deserves recognition and thanks. I appreciate the care given here.”

“Ever since I have started going to this Walgreens, I have nothing but good things to say about the pharmacy and the staff that work the rest of the store. This Walgreens had me amazed, I was amazed because when entering this Walgreens, the staff at the front welcomed me with a friendly hello. That right there could make a difference in someone's life. Whether they are having a bad day or even a good one. All it takes is a friendly smile and simple hello. Now for the pharmacy, the pharmacy went above and beyond for me. One day I was picking up some medication from them and Ashley noticed I was not looking like I was feeling good. Ashley grabbed Allison the pharmacist and they both got me to sit down and wanted to call 911 for me but I said thank you, but I will drive myself to the VCU free standing Emergency center. I sat there for a minute or so and they watched me until I left. Inconclusion there will be up and down days, for the staff and the for the customers. For example, medication is not sent to the pharmacy, or the medication is not ready. I know it gets frustrating for the staff and the customers. The pharmacy techs and the pharmacist get frustrated when things do not go the right way. So instead of getting upset at the store staff. Just brush it off and take a deep breath and exhale and smile as if everything is going to be okay. Pay attention to the pharmacy hours.”
