“They are helpful with questions, but I don’t like how they ask for private information when everyone is around—like medications, birthday, and address. I come in during my lunch breaks and my coworkers are around so I don't really want them to know that info. I also asked for a particular medication, and the pharmacist was a bit rude. I will try them one more time and see what happens.”
“Having lived in several states, I’ve worked with quite a few compounding pharmacies, and this is the first one I’ve found to be truly reliable. For refills, they ask you to leave a voicemail, which initially made me a bit uneasy based on past experiences. However, they consistently follow up about four business days later to let me know my prescription is ready. They’re not the fastest, but their reliability means a lot.”

My entire family uses this pharmacy. He will have a prescription ready in minutes if he has the inventory, or even stay open a couple minutes late for his customers if they are in a pinch. 10/10 recommend this location, elite pharmacy right here.”

“Kroger is a large supermarket chain that originates from Cincinnati - I've been to one years ago during undergrad, and I felt as if that particular location didn't really represent Kroger's in a way that this location did! They offer a selection in meat, produce, pantry items, frozen items, beer/wine/liquor, seafood, dairy and eggs, has a deli and a bakery section, and also a natural/organic items. Located off of Three Chopt Road in Henrico, the store was well-laid out, clean, and organized. The customer service staff were all friendly and helpful - don't forget to sign up for their rewards program! I found some Mexican Coca-Cola on sale (YAS!) and tried some of their maki rolls (they were just okay). “I have some medications that are rare and controlled and difficult for pharmacies to order and keep in stock. This pharmacy is 30 minutes from my house, and I still prefer it over anything close to me, because they have been so helpful, proactive, and respectful of me. I finally get my meds in a timely manner!”
