“I have some medications that are rare and controlled and difficult for pharmacies to order and keep in stock. This pharmacy is 30 minutes from my house, and I still prefer it over anything close to me, because they have been so helpful, proactive, and respectful of me. “They are helpful with questions, but I don’t like how they ask for private information when everyone is around—like medications, birthday, and address. I come in during my lunch breaks and my coworkers are around so I don't really want them to know that info. I also asked for a particular medication, and the pharmacist was a bit rude. I will try them one more time and see what happens.”

“EDIT 2025: Unfortunately, I need to amend my review a bit. Recently, I noticed that CVS went to a system that I have to leave a phone message rather than talk with someone when I call. I understand that this may benefit them when they're busy, but it's not always convenient for the customer, often a sick person, it have to be available for a callback or maybe even miss the callback. Still great service in person.
2023. I have been at this location for over a year and have never had a bad encounter, either on the phone or in person. I get quite a few monthly prescriptions and get all my vaccinations here and have always had a great experience. (The staff and pharmacist are very friendly as well.)”
“Can’t help but to feel sorry for the people who take their insurance issues out on their pharmacist who started this business from scratch but competes with the service offerings of Fortune 500 companies. My entire family uses this pharmacy. He will have a prescription ready in minutes if he has the inventory, or even stay open a couple minutes late for his customers if they are in a pinch. 10/10 recommend this location, elite pharmacy right here.”

“Having lived in several states, I’ve worked with quite a few compounding pharmacies, and this is the first one I’ve found to be truly reliable. For refills, they ask you to leave a voicemail, which initially made me a bit uneasy based on past experiences. However, they consistently follow up about four business days later to let me know my prescription is ready. They’re not the fastest, but their reliability means a lot.”
