“Justin has a great shop with everything you need to start or add to your aquarium. He's honest and will tell you that you might not like the answers you hear, but it will save you time and money in the long run. Set ups take time to build up and get cycled properly, but he will tell you after he explains his answers. "At the end of the day, it's ultimately your decision." Be aware, not every fish may be available, they are the shop residents, but he has no problem ordering fish for you. The wife and I will be regulars here for our needs!”

“My dogs love it here. We've used other boarders that i could tell my dogs developed a fear of, but both my timid and boisterous dog walk right in. We use Biscuits and Bubbles for boarding, grooming and daycare and all experiences have been positive. If they don't answer, leave a message and they will call you back :)”

“We had used groomers here in the past and had good experiences until one time in 2022 which left us not wanting to go there anymore. I was hesitant to book again but the location is convenient so I called. I spoke with Luca and explained why we were hesitant. She booked our girl Stella with her and she did a phenomenal job on a golden retriever who was way overdue for a spa day. We ended up booking our boy Reggie with her the next day. Thank you Luca for being so professional and understanding and doing a fabulous job on these two. We’ve already scheduled their next appointments too. The goldens said thank you for being PAWSOME”

“Crest hills Animal Inn will be under new management by or around October 22 2023. We will be upgrading the entire building , dog runs, and staff! We also will be allowing pit bulls and others to board and hopefully by next year have new building for boarding. We will accept guard dogs or police k9!”

“I took one of my collies there June 15. She is ALWAYS excited to go. She is treated only slightly less well there than at home. The owner is very "hands-on", professional and expert. I have recommended them to many people and will gladly continue to do so.By the way, the pricing on grooming is comparable, if not better, than at the pet "super stores" in the area. I'm not surprised that I frequently meet pet owners there who have traveled hours just to get the services from About Pets.”

“This is the best and most friendly tractor supply I have been to around here. My friend and I were looking for horse food and they were out of a special type on the supply floor. Crystal here asked us if we were looking for this specific horse food, and we said yes. She immediately grabbed a cart and double checked in the back to see if they had any, and they did! She brought it right out to us and was so helpful. I definitely recommend coming here over other locations! Crystal was so helpful!”

“Very kind compassionate people that are there. What I didn't like they didn't create their just following the rule. I found a dog, many people knew this dog and it was a repeat offender. Just poor little dog is a regular of getting away without a collar and carelessness of a very bad owner who is not fined or penalized at all. Regional Center for animals isn't responsible for finding people. However Roanoke Animal control is. If they're working together and supporting one another there should be far more respect to the people who are taking in the animals. What I mean by this- Why should I be forced to fill out paperwork? Why should I be forced to give my personal information when Roanoke Animal control is not taking care of this animal that keeps on getting free? Why does it fall on my privacy as a good Samaritan to be abandoned for a person who could care less? I don't like it that I had to give my personal information and signature to returning a dog that everybody knew gets out regularly. It's unfair to a person that possibly could kill an animal because of the lack of care a human being would take with a pet. These guys are doing their job but Roanoke Animal control that works with them should do a much better job.I actually would like to serve and volunteer to help these animals. The staff were very good and kind caring people. They were just stuck in the middle. But because these two organizations work together something needs to be done. “Looking to find a few select items for my aquariums. The aquatics department person was great. He was informative and was very careful in handling the fish I selected. He also helped me with plants for my tank. I enjoyed shopping at Petco today.I never shop at PetSmart at Valley View, they are always rude and unhelpful.I just wish Petco would stock more varieties of fish.”

“I go here mainly for Banfield for my little guy. The store prices are quite high unless you buy on sale items. Some things I haven't been able to find here and order on line. Nice people, helpful. Love seeing the kitties they have for adoption. I don't like the grooming salon though. Paid for a full groom, was supposed to get coupons for future discounts, special bandana, which was small compared to the fact they didn't do hisanalysis, or trim his nails & teeth.”

“Lots of beautiful animals and fish. They are very helpful in getting you set up correctly for a new pet. There saltwater selection was amazing!! Freshwater fish selection was HUGE the day I went. You can always ask when they come in and have an opportunity for first pickings. ?They had a bunch of reptiles and really cool arachnids too! The section needed a little tidying up so you could see better, but overall beautiful collection.We always spend more than our budget, lol. Anytime we had an issue they were very good at having a solution.”
“A great place to shop. Has much of the same items as the other big name shops and a few specialty things that you can't find other places. I was looking at all the local Home Improvement stores for manure for my garden, and this was the only location that had it. I was reasonably priced at $4. Definitely recommend.”
