Sara was a great help! We're in the process of down sizing and didn't know where to start on figuring out the size unit we would need, but she helped us figure it out pretty quickly. Very simple process, all done in one day!

We have been customers at this Public Storage for 6 years while our two children were at college in the area. Sara has helped us tremendously through the years when we needed to get different sized storage units. The place is very clean and well maintained.

Sarah is a great property manager and this review is not a reflection on her. I am leaving this review for public storage themselves. I have had a unit for 6 months now. My rent was $79 a month. All the sudden it jumped to $110 a month. I called customer support and they basically told me that it is in my rental contract that they can change the rent anytime they want and there is no set increase limit. I encourage everyone not to rent from them. They are crooks and don't care. I will be finding somewhere else to store my stuff even if it means moving it back to my basement.

According to your lease that we sign, you are to give us 30 days notice before a price increase. I got my notice on April 12, 2025 with a due date of 5/1/2025. That is two weeks! So this is breach of contract on your end. Not to mention it went from $67 to $96 a month. Please refer to your contract under section 2. I will be bringing this document in with the terms highlighted. We didn't get the 30 days notice you say you will. I will be stopping by soon to show you the proof. I have all the emails ready. And it was a great storage facility but this pushed me over the limit.

Excellent place to store things. Very secure and clean. The ladies in the office have been wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this location.
