“5/5! ⭐ Extremely fast state inspection. Other places told me to drop the car off at 7:30/8:00am and to come pick it up at 4:00/5:00pm because they weren't going to get it done quickly. I depend on the car so that wasn't an option for me. I saw one review on here that mentioned they were quick and decided to give it a try.. they were right! It took roughly 20 minutes. I was in and out. Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend. ⭐”

“They were awesome! 1st time visiting I needed my vehicle inspection, wind up needing a part to be replaced in order to pass the inspection. This was going into memorial day holiday so we had to wait a few days. But the day after the holiday, they got to me straight away just as they said they would. I feel it was a decent price for parts and labor. The customer service was very friendly. I forget the daughters name, but she was really nice and even took a moment to answer my off topic question. I think I'll be visiting again since I don't really have a trusted mechanic here in VA.”

“Very nice staff. Mechanic was able to complete water pump replacement in under 72 hours for a very reasonable price. They do offer a military discount as well. If I am ever stationed back down here and have future car troubles I will be coming back.”
“I needed some work done on my vehicle, and my insurance company informed me that all of the places on their list had months long wait to get in. Butch was able to get me in right away, and immediately made contact with my insurance company to get the ball rolling with being able to order parts. Even with some additional unexpected parts needing to be ordered, the turnaround time was very quick (well before I would have even had my car looked at with the other places). Butch was very pleasant to work with and kept me posted along the way. I highly recommend Broadway Garage.”

“I pulled into this shop after just hitting a large nail and my tire rapidly going flat. It was very close to closing time and the gentleman told me he’d be happy to help me and had my tire plugged and me on my way in about 20 minutes! Great customer service.”
“The owner/operator and his staff were very busy because he does good work, and his prices are affordable, so, many people frequent his shop. He took time out to squeeze me in when I just showed up, and he fixed my bumper, which I'd accidentally pulled loose, and he didn't even charge me anything! He didn't know me, he certainly didn't owe me anything, yet he was kind enough to do that for me. I told him my son had recommended him/his shop to me, and that was enough for him! I really appreciate him taking the time to do that for me!”
“Apparently they have a strict first come first serve policy. I came in at opening and was told it might be a couple of hours, but not guaranteed. They actually took less time than that, I was happy with that. They had a comfortable lounge with a bathroom and coffee. They did good work, but their main draw was they offered financing for their work. It was worth the visit.”
“The son is trying to take over the business so make sure he knows to expect you, calls seem to still go to the dad. Great little shop, I was in and out in 40 minutes for oil change and tires checked. He even let me know about a blown gasket he noticed. Fair prices.”

“Desperately needed a part for my Nissan and called these guys. Mr. Stirling was very awesome. I called on a Thursday and had the functioning part I needed at a wonderful price by Saturday. They also offer a 6 month warranty. Just very pleased with the ease, speed and quality of service. The original part would’ve cost $4000 I spent a little under $300 so very happy!”
