“I highly recommend Old Stage Automotive in Chester. I had an alternator replaced in my 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited V6 back in October 2022, and when that part failed recently over Memorial Day weekend, they really stepped up.
I spoke with Mike about the issue, and even though my two-year labor warranty had officially expired, he went above and beyond to help me. He was able to secure a replacement unit under the parts shop's limited lifetime warranty, which saved me about $400 in parts costs.
Most shops would have simply turned me away once the labor warranty was up, but Mike’s dedication to customer satisfaction is rare. Excellent service and honest communication—they have earned a customer for life!”

“I was traveling through Richmond on my way home from vacation when my check engine light suddenly came on, along with multiple other warning lights and alarms. River’s Bend Auto Care was the closest service station, so I pulled in and hoped for the best—and I am so grateful that I did!
They were able to see me immediately, diagnose the problem, get the parts they needed, and have me back on the road within two hours. I truly cannot thank them enough for how well they took care of me.
I was traveling alone and still about two and a half hours from home, so what could have been an incredibly stressful and horrible experience turned into one of my luckiest days. The service was exceptional, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure I could get back on the road safely.

“I live in GA. Had to drive up north. Had some work done at an aamco down in location Hampton/Mcdonough area of GA. Paod $1500 for catalytic converter i still today sure i needed. A rattling on pressing gas pedal persisted as i got on rode.
Making up to VA. I did not rrust driving further. So I contacted this location. They told me they can take a look but being they did not so the work no promises. I stopped in and they told me to leave for a few.
Walked to nearby restaurant and waited. I returned and they said they located problem. A freaking bracket mointed around the cat converter. And fortunately for me they have a correct fitting one available.
They install, showed me that noise was gone. Im happy
Stated i owed them nothing! Shops are independently operated but wanted to help.
They were kind and willing to help. I thank you all from the nice woman in the office, the technician and owner.”

“Great customer service. They don’t upsale, only giving you the recommendations necessary. I’ve been three times now and each time leaves me feeling I had a good experience. (But when you do an oil change wipe down the steering wheel. :) )
Followed up with an alignment today (Scheduled one for yesterday but the app apparently has a flaw of some sort that doesn't allow all service requests to come through. Any way their machine was down and they had to re-scheduled me for today), Once again (except for the APP which isn't their issue) the staff is very Courteous and professional, they have reasonable pricing and the work was complete when they said it would be. The work appears to be done in a professional, quality manner as well. We'll continue to return to this store.”
