“I actually visited the pharmacy, not the photo. I always receive great service from this Walgreens. From the pharmacy to the front of the store, everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The pharmacist on staff tonight went above and beyond. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to the job. I had put in a refill of a medication I did not realize was still at the Laburnum Avenue location. The Walgreens APP allowed me to change location to the Hopewell Walgreens I currently use; however, the Laburnum location filled it anyway. While waiting for another prescription, I explained my dilemma to the pharmacist. He was able to go into the system and fix the issue and filled it while I waited. Thanks to his help, I was able to leave with both my prescriptions and not have to travel all the way to Henrico and back. Thank you all for everything you do.”
