“The ladies in this post office could not have been nicer. We discussed what we needed to do and she kindly and patiently explained how we needed to make that happen. She suggested materials and sold us exactly what we needed. We then went to our vehicle and prepared our envelope and returned to process. A second lady took care of us, professionally and kindly and efficiently. Nothing but good things to say about this post office!”
“Dominic is the absolute best. He's a huge helper and always has a smile.
The only thing is out of his hands it the hours. I'm not positive on why this post office has that, but people work during the week struggle getting packages.

“I’ve had a number of issues with my packages being delivered other places as well as receiving other packages . A lot of the people that work there are far from friendly or helpful but I will say anytime I have a issue ROBIN TO THE RESCUE. On more then one occasion without knowing me she has truly listened and literally drove around to find my packages that were misdelivered by others . She’s kind patient and deserves a raise !”

“Such a helpful and nice lady! While her particular post office couldn't help us with registered mail, she did take the time to patiently and fully explain our options and what we needed to do. She directed us to the Main Street office where we were well taken care of. We came from NN specifically to the Smithfield post offices as they had a great reputation and she definitely lived up to it. Exceptional customer service!”
