Very friendly Employees willing to help you from the time you walk in the Door Very clean place for a Hardware store if you don't see what you need they will order it for you and you should have it by the end of the week Great place for a Small Town and you get what you pay for the quality of the product is Superior

The Ace Hardware in Jarratt is a well stocked store. They are very organized and clean. You can find just about anything you need from a hardware store. Friendly helpful employees.

Um okay so I went to purchase a soda out of the soda machine and somebody (i’m assuming that it was a worker) was at the door watching me like a creep as if I was a lost monkey or it’s an “whites only” soda machine or something. Made me feel so uncomfortable as a black person.

this used to be a good store with lots of items to pick from but now it's just turning into an overpriced delivery message for a chain store, you got to watch the price as many items you go to the register and the price is higher than what's marketed and even though they've been notified about it they don't do anything about it despite the fact that it's against the Virginia consumer protection laws. it's just a shoddy way of doing business and being overworked and underpaid is no excuse if that is in fact the case. it's too bad because this used to be a great store and is a great asset to the Jarrett community
