“Vast improvement in the recent months in management and cleanliness of store appearance. Stocking and staffing. This current location would highly support a Super Dollar expansion. I've visited other Super dollar stores in Tn, this area in Jarratt, Va would benifit greatly from such expansion. Supported by non driving economy, a very large 3k prison employment industry as well. 20 miles from larger grocery stores. And rising need for local lower level employment training. With the economy fixing to change it would be greatly supported by community”
