“It's not often that you find such a wide selection of high quality furnishings and interesting appointments in such a helpful, no-pressure, and genuinely friendly environment. I bought a sectional for the living room quite a while ago, but couldn't take immediate delivery because I was renovating my house. W.F. Booth generously offered to keep it on the floor until I needed it (which I'm embarrassed to say was a very long time). When the time came for delivery, I discovered the sectional would no longer fit. I was afraid nothing could be done and I would have to take it anyway. That was not the case.W.C. Booth's management simply asked if I would like to pick out something else, which I did. They then credited my account, sold me the new furniture, and promptly delivered it. That was not at all what I expected. It turned out to be a refreshingly surprising exercise in great customer support.
