“Starting with the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and attentive, all the staff were wonderful; the lady serving breakfast was very diligent about keeping everything stocked and clean at all times. The room overlooking the parking lot was fantastic-the sheets and pillows were spotless and soft, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The toiletries were all Dove brand and smelled great, and the room featured a large mirror-perfect for checking out your full outfit. The pool was clean, and Colonial Beach is just 25 minutes away; the hotel is well-located near absolutely everything—you can get around on foot. In short, everything was perfect.”

“Had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Dahlgren and was able to walk to dinner and Walmart from the hotel. Didn’t take opportunity to use the exercise room this trip as we relaxed in the great Hampton Bed. Staff was helpful at both checkin and checkout.”

“Very nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. I was surprised by how sizable the kitchenette was, with a fridge, stovetop, and microwave!
The surrounding area also has retail and food, such as a Walmart, Starbucks, Chipotle, and more. These are walking distance from the hotel, and easy to access.
Only stayed here one night, but would definitely consider staying again for a future trip!”
