“I can’t say enough good things about Minster’s Auto Repair! Ed, the owner, went above and beyond for me and my wife. We had car troubles on route 301 and stopped by Minister Auto Repair. We needed an immediate repair and the shop was about to close soon, but Ed saved the day! He stayed two hours after closing just to make sure our vehicle was taken care of and that me and my wife could get safely to our destination.
That kind of dedication, compassion, and genuine concern for customers is hard to find these days. Ed didn’t just provide great service — he showed that he truly cares about the people he helps.

“First thing I ran into was an e-stop. I think I understand what happened there from a previous rental. I just don't understand why it couldn't have been taken care of by Katrina Minter U-Haul location. I wouldn't have been delayed a whole day on my plans. And I just have to say that Katrina made my whole trip a lot better than it could have been. Like I said I was delayed a whole day but she did everything she could to help me out and get me on my way. You all should be proud to have her as one of your vendors! She is 5-star as far as I'm concerned!”
