“Great customer service! The Check-out process was seamless, and the truck condition was excellent. Newer fleet and well maintained. We had a fuel charge discrepancy, and the location reached out promptly to address. Easy after hours drop off process. I would recommend using this location to friends and family.”
“I don’t do reviews, but I do read them. I usually do 4 stars and above. But this one I didn’t even look at them because I was in a hurry. Anyway I got to this place; and Ms. Carla welcomed me with warmth and was one of the nicest people I ever met. I was very thankful and appreciative. She treated me like a daughter explained everything to the T and took everything good care of me. I thank the Lord for that service because I needed it. Anyone who has had not so good service there I do pray it can be charged to the head and not the heart… I do definitely have to take my own advice. We all have our days, but it does get better.
