He was the ultimate professional, highly funny, and when the sleeves on my jacket were too long and it would be too late to get the jacket sent out and returned, he whipped out the thread and needle and hemmed it on the spot. “Patricia custom made my Halloween costume and nailed it! She does all of my alterations so well that I thought she would be able to make this. I showed her a few photos and she recreated every detail from them. I ordered special material on Etsy (she told me how much to order) and we did about five fittings. Each time she made the adjustments I asked for and I'm so pleased with the end result!”

“Had several disappointing experiences until I came here. Absolutely exceptional customer service from Tyler who took his time to go through each step thoroughly and share his advice on the many questions I asked. We haven't received the suit yet (will update once received), but based solely on the customer service experience, we're confident this will be our go-to store in the future for any made-to-order suits.
We came here after going through a miserable 'consultation' service with a different suit company down the street that was charging $700 for an off-the-rack suit. Indochino saved the day. A fully customized experience to get the perfect fit and less than $600 total for everything. Highly recommend, but please take the time to go through their website first and look at some of the color/fabric options before going to the store. Really helps speed the process along.”

From looking at fabric colors to explaining the different blends and their qualities, Ezra made sure that I was educated to make the right decision for me. He even went as far as recommending colors that would compliment the suits my groomsmen were wearing.

“I live out of town and I often visit this Kohl's when visiting my mom. I love the store however the Sephora isn't that great. It's a very messy Sephora often at a product and the employees barely even helped me or smiled at me. It's like I was a bother to them to ask a question about a product. I wont be back to that Sephora location!”
