“I've been getting my going away presents and awards in this shop. They pretty much have everything- especially the services, Navy stuff, nautical items and they can also engrave pretty much everything! They're very professional and located in the heart of Crystal City Shopping Center. The parking can get bad but they validate, otherwise you have to pay $6 for the first hour. The shop owner, Becky, is always very helpful. Their prices are very reasonable considering their location and the quality of their products. I had an engraving that I needed for a plaque and she was able to get it done in one day! Becky also helped me pick out a couple different items for another friend's going away and retirement presents. I was even able to find some White House presents there for my husband. I'm very happy with their customer service. I highly recommend them for any of your souvenir, engraving, embroidery, and personalized presents. They're one of the best!”

He was respectful of my budget and very insightful when I had something I wanted in my suit but didn’t know how to voice it. My brother was on the phone speaker and asked John specific details and he knew the answers. I was pleasantly surprised to find a registered optician on duty at the store who helped me get set up for new prescription sunglasses. He took me through the various lens options, frames, etc. And when we finalized the selection, he assured that the lenses would be correctly prepared by taking the measurements of the pupil spacing. I was truly impressed by the decor of the store, the professionalism of the optician and the impressive stock of frames on hand. Thank you.”

“I was visiting DC for the weekend and had an impulse to purchase a pair of Rick Owens sneakers. After searching multiple stores, my search was pretty unsuccessful until I was recommended to SOMEWHERE by a friend. They vouched for SOMEWHERE, based on their personal experience, and them to likely carry what I was looking for.I called the store about my inquiry, they confirmed they had the shoe and advised me to out their website for sizing and online order for pickup. I ordered the shoes and headed in that direction right away as it was close to closing time. After fighting DC traffic and BARELY making it, I found that I made the purchase for the other location which, in essence at that time, was already [technically] closed. A total oversight on my end.The staff member, who searched for my order, recognized this and went above and beyond for my rather "urgent" situation as I wanted to wear them that night and I wasn't sure if I'd have the time to get them on another day. He contacted the other location, explained to them my situation, and ultimately facilitated an arrangement for me to pick up my order at the correct store after closing time.The initiative of this particular staff and his ability to go above and beyond possessed me to write a review as he is a direct reflection of what I think this store represents. AMAZING customer service and hard to find high-end street fashion.I am grateful for him (and the staff at the other location to have waited for me). What a FIRE pick up!!!”
