“My fiance and I were driving back to North Carolina from Maryland when the car started making weird noises. We pulled over and what looked to be the under cover scraping the ground as we drove. We called several places and they could not help us until we called Victory Lane. My fiance talked to Diane and described the issue we were having. She told us to come by and they could take a look at it. When we arrived, Chad and Diane understood we were still more than an hour away from home and took us in immediately. Chad said some of the screws were missing and he replaced them and added some clips (without charge!), but suggested when we are back home to have someone take a look at it. We were lucky to have met them when we did, they treated us with kindness. Highly recommend them.”

“Scott saved the day! We broke down 3 miles away from this Oriellys and limped into the parking lot 10 minutes before they close.
Unfortunately no auto parts store in the area had vehicle specific parts for my vehicle. Scott didn’t quit after checking by the vehicle, he continued to search for similar parts they had in stock and he made it happen! We were able to get it fixed in the parking lot and make it back to Richmond!

“I have a very nice Toyota Tundra that I simply love. About 3 weeks ago I hit a deer and it really upset me to damage my truck. Took the truck to Jason Ellis over at Ed's Body Shop in South Hill VA. He did a SUPERB job, I can't say enough good things about the service and his painting is above and beyond FACTORY in quality and appearance. Jason had to paint the entire front right fender and there is NO WAY to tell that it is not the original factory paint job. My truck was finished in the time promised and nice and clean when I picked it up. Nothing short of FIVE STARS *****for a job well done..”
