My technician, Kevin, was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure the install was flawless--he clearly takes pride in his work. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and efficient. Going back to have front grille camera installed...Highly recommend!”

I came to this location to get a new phone after my old one got stolen, Carlos G was very helpful and patient he helped me with all the questions I had about getting a new phone and transferring everything to it. He also helped me set up my ICloud and I was able to recover everything I was very grateful for his help.”
“Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”
“My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”

For the the last job it was capacitors and before that it was XLR plugs and now fiber optic parts are the item I find I need most often. “Mr. Video quickly and professionally transferred my childhood home videos from old camcorder tapes to high quality digital files. They edited the video for me so that the finished product was clean and seamless. They returned the original home video in perfect condition and provided a flash drive with the converted video file. I highly recommend them!”

Julian greeted us when we walked in. He was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Johnny and Briana were friendly and knowledgeable as well. They all gave great recommendations on phones, plans, and Wi-Fi. They were very patient with my husband as he asked many questions. They answered all questions and took care of our original reason for visiting the store. We did not feel rushed during our visit.
I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had at a T-Mobile store in a long time.
These three make a great team. Because of them I recommend this location.

“Tyronn was really helpful when my old phone had issues and I decided to switch to my newer phone. It had been five years since I got my last phone so I was not aware I could transfer my data between phones from home, but Tyronn didn’t hesitate to do it for me and explain how I could do it next time. Tyronn and his associate were awesome to a couple other customers while I was there, so based on this experience I’d definitely come back to this location again.”

“I went in looking for solutions for what I thought was a cracked screen on my iPhone 15 and to replace the protective case. The sales rep, Cathy (Kathy? spelling?) a bright and attractive young woman instantly diagnosed the issue as a damaged screen protector. Not the screen itself. She was right and made strong recommendations for the screen protector (which she installed for me) and phone case. Unfortunately the case was not available right then but she took my information so I could be notified once the phone cases came in. Great, friendly service at this T-Mobile store. Highly recommend.”

Every single representative here was friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable and professional. I had a brief wait for service and observed the interactions with other customers, and was quite impressed.
When it was my turn, I rather expected some impatience due to my lack of knowledge, but no! I was treated with respect, listened to carefully, and given choices.
They carefully explained the differences in the various models, and with this information I happily chose a new phone.
What a pleasant experience. It added enormously to my delight in the phone itself.

“This may very well be the cleanest 7 Eleven I've ever been to. The food looks fresh, all items were neatly stacked and the environment was very peaceful, the aura was more like a temple than a convenience store. The staff had good energy too. Remember to take your shoes off when entering this celestial abode. 5 Stars.”
