“After a very disappointing experience at the T-Mobile Experience Store earlier that day, I visited the Potomac Mills T-Mobile store, and the difference was night and day.
Alex provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. He took the time to answer all of our questions, verified information when needed, and never made us feel rushed or dismissed. His attitude and demeanor immediately put us at ease.
What impressed me most was his emotional intelligence. He listened first, understood our concerns, and focused on finding solutions rather than arguing or trying to prove a point. That is exactly how customer service should be.
To make the contrast even more remarkable, Alex was able to help us purchase the exact product that the male manager at the T-Mobile Experience Store insisted T-Mobile “didn’t have.” Within minutes, Alex had everything squared away. His product knowledge and willingness to help made all the difference.
If T-Mobile is looking for future leaders, Alex is exactly the type of employee they should be promoting. Based on my experience, he has the professionalism, technical knowledge, and emotional intelligence that every manager should have. In fact, after experiencing both stores on the same day, I would rather see someone like Alex leading the Experience Store than the male manager we encountered there.

I could go to Best Buy but I choose your store & only your store because of your helpful, knowledgeable and kind technicians. I have been a customer for many, many, many years. “I stop in here nearly every day on my way to work for coffee and occasionally get a snack and maybe some gas in the car at the same time. They are typically always really busy, but still greet each customer with a smile and offer nice service. Absolutely love their coffee and typically can’t go a day without it.”
“I dont know the worker's name although he is so friendly and kind to me and my individuals I care for when we go in to warm our lunch in the microwave. All of the workers stay busy but are friendly. This is one of the few 711 in Woodbridge I recommend to visit. They have a public restroom as well. It could use a better cleaning is the only flaw.”

The mattress is comfortable and we last minute added on a box spring, which they were able to tack on same day. Delivery representatives we professional and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.”
