For the the last job it was capacitors and before that it was XLR plugs and now fiber optic parts are the item I find I need most often. “Bought my car used and a headlight went out. Went to get it fixed but there was after-market work done and 2 places told me they couldn’t fix it but I was referred to Quality Tire. I took it to them and before I could even get through the IKEA which is a short walk away they called me and told me it was done. Will definitely go to them again”

“Caleb and Emily were immensely helpful today. I was having trouble with my car/phone connection to the internet. My Wi-Fi worked fine but internet would not connect. Caleb listened to my concerns, went with me to my car and in less than 5 minutes had resolved the problem. I had had three other knowledgeable people work on this to include staff from a GMC dealership to no avail. I was thrilled to have this fixed.Also, I mentioned that I probably should go ahead with a data upgrade if that would help with extra billing incurred from extra cell usage when travelling. Caleb and Emily both worked together to find an appropriate package for me.They were both very friendly, accommodating and asked great questions to assure the package was right for me.Thank you very much, Caleb and Emily!”

“Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”

“Great place to shop the most inexpensive cellular plans, phones, and enjoy EXCELLENT customer service. The biggest thing about this particular place is the above and beyond quality of customer service provided by the staff here. While I have always seen genuine care from all Metro PCS stores, Jackie still took it to the next level here. She patiently helped me with recovery very process for my apps and data, transferring procedures for a new phone, and all of my questions for almost 45 mins. She was nice, polite, caring, and professional at all times and didn’t blink despite the time-taking tasks. She looked up various solutions for my phone issues and applied them to help. She taught me new lessons and tricks that matched my needs related to my apps issues. I highly recommend this store because of its wonderful and helpful staff, will definitely come back for more shopping here, and will introduce it to my friends for their phones and plans. So, thank you very much, Jackie.One more thing, this store has more phone accessories and there is a higher chance of benefiting from its good incentives on them when buying a new phone here. Some shops have very limited accessories and, there, can’t offer much.Highly recommended.”

All they guys I dealt with (especially Mr. Eian Guidry & Mr. Jonathan Macklin) were knowledgable of their products, on time when scheduled, and all around 100% professional. Set up guys were also more than helpful. On day of install, recommended I get another speaker which was not in stock at this store, and drove all the way to Leesburg to get it done. Highly recommend these guys!”

The staff is always knowledgeable and professional, but it's a popular location and it's very busy so you will wait. And the wait can be long.I recommend you ask them to call you when it's your turn to be helped you and enjoy walking around the mall and shopping while you're waiting. Sometimes, they automatically set up this phone call queue strategy, and other times they don't. They just let you wait in the store for 20 to 30 minutes.”
