Immediately Paul, the mechanic, noticed several major issues with the engine and air bag systems. We ended up talking with him for nearly an hour, with him giving incredibly in depth and helpful advice about what to look for in used cars, reliable brands, and brands and systems to watch out for. I decided against buying the car I brought in, and when I went to pay Paul refused, saying that he didn't have to do anything. However, Paul's advice saved me from a likely very bad purchase. “stopped by this Shell for the fist time to see if I could walk-in and get an emissions test. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure they would have time or patience for a walk-in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and accommodation. They asked me questions and took care of the care. The technical that brought the car out also asked me questions about the car and safety inspection, etc. just to make sure I was covered. He welcomed me to come back for any additional service. They treat customers just like a dealership would, without all the hassle and appointments of a dealership.”

“So I was in need of a safety inspection before my court date. I had very limited time and there was a about half a dozen cars waiting for inspections. I explained my predicament and asked how late they were open… I told the owner that I would just come back later, he said not to worry and squeezed me in right away. Customer service and is on point. “Prompt, great service, fully recommend! My car started making braking sounds on a Friday and it got worse over the weekend. It was hard to find someone who would look at it. Monday morning, I called around and finally spoke to Bao who graciously told me to bring it in. Receptionist was prompt, took my information and Bao came over to ask about the car. He drove the car around and came inside to talk to me. Told me right away what he thought the problem is, but he needed to look under the car to make sure. Luckily they had the parts, I had my car back in under 2 hours, fixed. Thankful for the prompt service. I'll be coming here from now on.”

“I get my gas here always because I have a BJs credit card that I get 10 cents off a gallon. And if I buy items in the store that are gas off items I get more off a gallon. I do wish the space where the gas station is located was bigger. Since there is one way in some people block the first six pumps and the next six either are available or only have one car at the pump. People don't pay attention. Ugh!”

He is honest and knows what he is doing!My wife took her Mini-Coop to Wiyguls and they tried to charge her $2700 for repairs saying the needed to take the engine out......Mr. Kim looked at and said it was not necessary and did the repairs substantially LESS than Wiyguls.I would highly recommend them.........I live in 15 minutes away and will travel because I trust them 100%!!!!!!”
