“We come here at least twice a week and absolutely love it! The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff are super friendly. One of our favorite things is the café area—it has great coffee, plenty of space to sit, and you can bring your laptop to get some work done or just relax. It’s such a nice vibe, and we really enjoy the whole Wegmans experience. Feels more like a little community spot than just a grocery store. Love this place!”

They will try their best to fulfill your request, unlike the other big brand pharmacies had long wait and ignored you; they always try their best to help you. I don't know what the hell is wrong with the administrative people at Giant, their software sucks at checkout. Get your act together, upgrade your software so it makes sense, and let's move on and be competitive with Safeway, which currently you are not.”
“My family has spent thousands and this store but after this experience no more. They refuse returns even in a case of them covering up the expiration date with their own sticker showing a different expiration date. The meat was likely spoiled when it was purchased and had a really bad smell a couple days later when it was opened. Their stocker shows a sell by date still a couple days away! Everyone in line was shocked how the store manager initially refused to refund it but decided to make a one time exception. Extremely poor customer service and even worse deliberately selling expired products.

I was once urgently needing to get some beetroots. The Asian gentleman working their did not understand much English, but he had me speak into his phone with a translator app and then understood and took me to where the were. I also received good service from Fatima.”

“First time here - Fancy, Expensive, Yet Lovely...Usually Whole Foods is the only upscale grocery store that comes to my mind until I went to Wegmans for the first time. There were some hard to find items that I have not been able to find in Wegmans that I can't find in any of the grocery stores here: Lapsang Souchong Tea, Chamois pepper sauce for fruit, and Hing for seasoning my mung beans. Yet I was impressed by the well displayed fruits, meals, and kitchen/ dining ware. The wine & beer section was very impressive. I got an Australian wine and a Grateful Dead Cabernet. I wanted to buy more wine despite I have stopped drinking until the holidays, yet I know where to get a good priced wine from New Zealand, France, or Australia. Wegmans Veggie chip snacks (24 bags for $12) and baked chips in small bags were a steal. A bag of pears for $5-$6. 12 packs of Asian seaweed snacks for $7.99. Everything I purchased was an affordable deal despite the store having mostly high priced expensive items. I was tempted to buy a fruit or cheese appetizer platter until I saw the price was $22 or more. $6.99 for jumbo juicy blueberries was a pass too. Wegman snack & food products and high quality wines from foreign countries at very affordable prices are the reasons why I will come back to this store.The Wegman shopping card membership is free and scores you reduced prices on their products. You don't need a card to access it - just sign up for it at customer service. They have reusable shopping bags for 99 cents. Their grocery carts have drink holders too - a big plus.”
“My CVS pharmacy closed recently. It was the only CVS pharmacy in my area with a reputation for good service so I switched to this Giant one based on the reviews that I read. I'm glad that I did. The service here has been great and the staff is professional and friendly. And just today the pharmacist was able to figure out a way for me to reduce the cost of one of my prescriptions.”
