“Took in my spicy cat today and they were FABULOUS with him! They gave me meds to calm him and he was way more chill than I’ve ever seen him, so it wasn’t the worst vet experience he’s ever had. They even got him into a purrito, which I’ve never been able to do. Attaching a pic of my handsome guy with Charlotte as a cute purruito! They are genuinely a great team and I wouldn’t consider taking my cats anywhere else in town.”

I was once urgently needing to get some beetroots. The Asian gentleman working their did not understand much English, but he had me speak into his phone with a translator app and then understood and took me to where the were. I also received good service from Fatima.”

“I have cancer, thr pharmacy is always making sure I get any medication I get prescribed. The grocery shopping, staff always checks in with me making sure I am doing okay, the cashiers are always their, if I need help out (because I filled my cart again) or just a few pick ups. This is most accommodating grocery/pharmacy and customer service store you will ever experience. Love my HT!!”
“When I moved into this neighborhood around 15yrs ago, I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff at this giant. It still is impressively clean and the staff is still extremely friendly. Whether it’s the pharmacy, the cashier, the shelf stockers or the people at the front desk…They all seem to enjoy working there. Today I -once again- noticed how shiny and clean the floors are, how neatly the shelves are stocked. Nearby is a brand new giant; much larger, more space for a bigger selection. I don’t care. I find everything I need in my neighborhood store. It might not be new or large, but it’s still shiny and has great employees.
I read some of the 1-star reviews and must say: I have never experienced any of the grievances described.”

“I was very impressed with the services that I received the pharmacist Fatima went above and beyond my expectations. I was going to switch to another pharmacy all together because of the terrible service that I received from a prior CVS that I had used for years. I only came to this CVS location because the one that I previously used was out of stock with my medication so they transferred it to this location. I was so satisfied with the services that I received I switched all my medications to this location instead of going to a non CVS pharmacy. Kudos to your pharmacy team for retaining a long time customer , as they knew nothing about the previous lack of good service that the previous CVS pharmacy had provided. The staff members very nice but the pharmacy was very disorganized and never had medications that I received on a montly basis in stock, every month they were either out of stock or on back order and these were not just routine medications these were life threatening medications that had to be given. So far I have had no issues with anything at this location only good experiences and that really means a lot.”
