“Took in my spicy cat today and they were FABULOUS with him! They gave me meds to calm him and he was way more chill than I’ve ever seen him, so it wasn’t the worst vet experience he’s ever had. They even got him into a purrito, which I’ve never been able to do. Attaching a pic of my handsome guy with Charlotte as a cute purruito! They are genuinely a great team and I wouldn’t consider taking my cats anywhere else in town.”

“They make picking up prescriptions, quick and easy. I was able to see the status of my prescription order online. The staff was available to answer any calls questions I had over the phone. Once I picked up my order, I was greeted or friendly staff. I’m so glad I selected. This as my pharmacy of choice.”
“The store is clean everyone is helpful. I like the sales and product they have. I think they have a great variety of items to choose from. It has become one of my favorite grocery stores. I do not like the way they stock bottled sodas on the top of each other, it makes it difficult for younger and older persons trying to get sodas. This should be changed by management the other stores do not do this. I recommend shopping herecbut before you go download the app and sign in for your vic card to receive the discounts. This stores pricing is in caliber with many other stores. I think the store and staff make the shopping experience much better.”

“The pharmacist Jason Yim, and his staff here are amazing!
When insurance doesn’t cover something, they try their best to look up any discount to help with the medical costs whether it be medication, or vaccine.
The staff is always helpful, and efficient. Jason is an amazing pharmacist, he is always friendly, and very informative! He consulted my significant other and I on what we needed for an upcoming overseas trip, and he made us feel prepared before we leave.

“A clean, well stocked local grocery store. I use online pickup every week and Juan at the online pickup counter takes amazing care of me. He is always friendly, polite, and helpful and picks great produce and meat products for me. When he isn't there, the other online pickup associates are great too. I have no particular loyalty to this giant faceless corporation, but Juan does a great job so I will be back as long as he's still there. Thanks.”

“It's a clean store, well lit and maintained with good selection. Only drawback is that they have two entrances but they close one at dusk... and they have switched back and forth over the years so you never know which door to go to. Annoying. That's why I give it 4 stars and not 5. Currently in march of 2026 it is that main Doors under the Giant sign that are used after dark. Just FYI.”

“When I moved into this neighborhood around 15yrs ago, I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff at this giant. It still is impressively clean and the staff is still extremely friendly. Whether it’s the pharmacy, the cashier, the shelf stockers or the people at the front desk…They all seem to enjoy working there. Today I -once again- noticed how shiny and clean the floors are, how neatly the shelves are stocked. Nearby is a brand new giant; much larger, more space for a bigger selection. I don’t care. I find everything I need in my neighborhood store. It might not be new or large, but it’s still shiny and has great employees.
I read some of the 1-star reviews and must say: I have never experienced any of the grievances described.”

Two individuals referred me to Vienna Rexall Drug Center when I was in need of custom compression garments. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim who was knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic to my specialized needs and concerns. She immediately went into a proactive mode and set up an appointment for me to come in for measurements all the while keeping my schedule challenges in mind! During the appointment, her expertise, knowledge, and skill of/in compression garments were clearly evident. Kim and the vendor compression specialist (Angela) were the utmost professionals. I could not have asked for a better and more qualified team. Kim has followed up with my doctor's office and has kept me in the loop. “I was very impressed with the services that I received the pharmacist Fatima went above and beyond my expectations. I was going to switch to another pharmacy all together because of the terrible service that I received from a prior CVS that I had used for years. I only came to this CVS location because the one that I previously used was out of stock with my medication so they transferred it to this location. I was so satisfied with the services that I received I switched all my medications to this location instead of going to a non CVS pharmacy. Kudos to your pharmacy team for retaining a long time customer , as they knew nothing about the previous lack of good service that the previous CVS pharmacy had provided. The staff members very nice but the pharmacy was very disorganized and never had medications that I received on a montly basis in stock, every month they were either out of stock or on back order and these were not just routine medications these were life threatening medications that had to be given. So far I have had no issues with anything at this location only good experiences and that really means a lot.”
