“I went to Rapid Lube for an inspection. It was great. Employees were professional and friendly. They took me in early and was finished in good time. It was such a pleasant experience that I will go to them next time my Jeep needs care. Thanks, Carol Mordica”
“I brought my 1998 Ford Ranger to Bay Auto Service in Kilmarnock and had a great experience. The team was friendly, communicative, and paid close attention to the details—exactly the kind of extra effort you get from a small, locally owned business rather than a big box shop. They took the time to explain what they were seeing and made sure everything was handled right. It’s easy to see why they’ve been in business for over 40 years. I’ll definitely be back.”

“The guys at Classic Collision went above & beyond with customer service when we needed a front bumper replaced. From the moment we first met them, they were extremely warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked in an extremely timely manner, and kept us updated on when parts arrived, service began, and when my car was ready to be picked up. The work they did on my car looks phenomenal, and I swear it even drives better since they worked on it. I highly recommend going here for auto body and car repair needs. I would give them 6 stars if I could!”
“This small town glass shop is top notch? Twice in the not too distant past (year) and just recently (last week), I've taken rocks to the windshields of my vehicles that required an immediate epoxy fix so that the small crack wouldn't turn into a big crack. Both times, on unannounced drive-ups, they immediately took care of it! As well, after another rock took out my wife's Jeep Wrangler windshield a month ago requiring replacement, they worked with us to get a best price and minimized out of pocket cost. They also tinted the windows on my 2019 RAM 2500 which looks great! Can't say enough good about River Glass!Services: Sun control window tinting”
“I can’t recommend this place more! I showed up with an emergency and Eddie took the time to get my car drivable again. He and his staff were very kind and so helpful! Thank you!”
“Big L tires ALWAYS take great care of me and my vehicles. I literally drive from North Carolina to them because I know they're going to do a great job and do it right the first time.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you so much to Chandler Automotive for being absolutely fantastic! My son was on his way to pick up his little brother from elementary school when his truck started making a noise that didn’t sound safe. He pulled over, and the team at Chandler Automotive quickly took a look. Not only did they give him helpful suggestions, but they also helped fix it enough so he could drive home safely. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We will continue to do business with them as much as possible—highly recommend!”
“Dunn-Rite is now doing all of the routine maintenance on our truck and two cars.My wife and I are both pleased with their services and expect to continue having them provide these services on our three vehicles. Bob Fox, Weems, VA.”

“I have Lexus LS460 that I have had tire wear issues and a persistant pull to the right. After Three alignments Auto Remedies was recommended. I made a appointment and they fixed the problem and now 15,000 miles later the tires still look new. I am very satisfied and glad to know this is available here in the Northern Neck”
“This shop has excellent mechanics - "old school" approach. They are also very honest and don't try and sell unnecessary work. They fixed a serious suspension problem with my car other shops either could or would not fix. My car drives great now.”
“Mark and Todd were very kind and knowledgeable. They repaired my lawn equipment very quickly. Their price was quite competitive. I certainly recommend and will be doing business with them again.”
“I needed a muffler hanger welded to pass inspection and he did excellent work for a very fair price. I was also able to get an appointment quickly and have it taken care of right away, which gave me peace of mind.”

“I had to have my daughter's car towed on a holiday and he immediately started working on it. He charged very little for all the time and work he put in and ended up finding and fixing an issue that would have undoubtedly lead to further issues and placed her in danger. So glad I have finally found a trustworthy, qualified mechanic close to home.”
