“I've wanted a Trek bike for years and spent countless hours doing my own research before making a purchase. I joined cycling groups, read reviews, watched videos, and even used AI to better understand how important bike size, fit, and model selection are. After all that research, I was convinced I knew exactly which bike I wanted and was even considering buying a used one on Marketplace since cycling isn't typically one of my main hobbies. I'm so glad I didn't. I decided to visit Trek Leesburg to get professionally fitted and better understand what would work best for me. Despite everything I had learned on my own, I quickly realized I was wrong about both the size and the bike I thought was perfect for me. Thanks to the expertise, patience, and guidance of Alex, Alec, and Phil, I was able to test ride several different bikes and find the one that truly fit my needs. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Not only did they help me find the perfect bike, but they also helped me stay within my budget while making sure I had all the necessary safety equipment and accessories. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated, supported, and confident in my decision. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience at Trek Leesburg. Thank you, Alex, Alec, and Phil, for helping me find the right bike and making this such an enjoyable experience. You have earned a customer for life! 🚴♂”

“Love this place and love the owners. I bought a mountain bike from specialized and got delivered here and when I picked it up, the owner took care of me and gave me tips on best places to go. He never tried to upsell me anything, rather told me the pedals it came with were good enough even though I was thinking of getting a new one at the shop. Will be taking my bike for repair over there every time.”

“I stopped by the shop a couple days ago to inquire about buying a bike as a novice cycler. Despite not purchasing anything that day, Tyler was extremely helpful in answering all of my many questions and gave me some fantastic advice. Will definitely be back in the future!”
