Trek Bicycle Leesburg is a locally owned store offering a handpicked range of high-quality bikes plus accessories and clothing. The services and team members are always top notch. The experience is fantastic, with great service from start to finish. The staff is helpful in explaining and discussing how to make a bike better, providing personal recommendations geared towards the customer and not towards a sale. They offer a non-"salesy" approach, walking customers through everything about the bike and any repair process. The team assembles bikes quickly, performs bike fittings, allows test rides, and promptly handles repairs like fixing derailleurs and aligning shifting or diagnosing and fixing brakes. They work with customers from beginning to end, making the entire purchase or service experience a breeze. Many customers report feeling like a friend to the staff and happily recommend the shop to others.
