“Cute shop in Ashburn, VA! Local all natural candle shop. Plus, they had unique items crafted from local artists in the Ashburn/Loudoun area amd around the world. I came for a Bachelorette celebration with my family. I was excited to try out making my own soy candles (first time). Since I am medically sensitive to fragrance. My candles will be ready to light in a week or so. A big thank you to Kelly, who was an amazing host! She made the day so memorable and relaxing with tea & biscuits. We will be back for sure! Till next time!”

“A very nice store they have a very large selection of shirts jeans jean jackets and other apparel it's very clean very organized store very helpful staff if you're not able to find what you're exactly looking for here they're able to do some special orders for anything related to Levi's brands they have dressing rooms available now and that are open was able to find several items today that I've been looking for some other family members found some items too this is a good good place for adults and teens and Levi's is always been a very good pair of jeans they make very nice shirts and jean jackets as well and other items they've been doing this for a long time and these outlet stores they have this one here in Leesburg is a very good one we do highly recommend”
“Ross is definitely better than other similar discount stores. They carry better brands, and the store is usually much cleaner and more organized, which makes shopping more enjoyable.
The only downside is the checkout experience. No matter what time you go—even on weekends—there are usually just one or two cashiers, which leads to long lines every time. It’s the only thing that takes away from an otherwise great shopping experience.
Still, for the value and quality, I keep coming back!”

The outlet mall is not a fun place to work and I remember it well; so it was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone so upbeat and nice working there. Lacey is clearly passionate about providing excellent customer service and she is a huge asset to Lucky. Please give her a raise and promote her because great people in retail are hard to find.”

“Since my son was little, he has loved Vineyard Vines. I am still in a habit of checking out any Vineyard Vines to get their local shirts and stickers. I’ve been living in Connecticut for 15 years. Vineyard Vines brings New England to the south. This store is located in the Leesburg premium outlets. Clean and inviting store. The employees were very helpful and smiling. Seems like they actually like their job unlike some other clothing stores. This brand is always a little pricey. The outlets make it more affordable. It’s even better when they have a 50% off store sale like they currently do. The shirts are very comfortable and well made.”

“My hubby and I were in the DKNY at Leesburg Outlet, VA today. 1st, if you have not been in DKNY store, you need to check out this place, they have a great sales on men and women clothes and winter coats with very great discounts (up to 70% off). And, their products are definitely in the high end quality. My eyes were on a beautiful white/black winter vest jacket. Sadly they didn't have the medium size I want. But, WAIT. The manager, Hodes Owusu, is an angel ?. She went extra miles to look at their stocks and see if she could find the M size for me. But, unfortunately, it was all sold out. Angel Hodes helped me to look up at the DkNY located at NY's inventory and luckily they have 6 M size available. She got me the store phone number. I called and spoke to the store manager, Elizabeth, at NY (store 5104) and she is the 2nd angel? . I was able to purchased 2 M size vest jackets that I like and shipping to our house. I cannot thank them enough. I hope DKNY upper management see my feedback that they are definitely doing something right by hiring outstanding staff like Handes and Elizabeth. I have to be honest, I am not DKNY regular customer. But, now, I will be because of two outstanding mangers (VA & NY). They really changed my view about DKNY in a very positive way! Thank you ladies for your wonderful service ❤️”

“Of all the outlets that has Polo. This is my favorite location. I'll never understand why at some locations , employees act some type of way. I was looking for the beach towel with the cute Polo teddy bear. Now, I didn't have time to do a scavenger hunt to find this towel. I asked this nice employees, I forgot her name, but she took me straight to the few towels they had left. I then looked at some of the polo tees and got a few tees. Some of the stuff is expensive even though they are an outlet. However the customer service is on point. Clarksburg location and Hagerstown please take notes.I'll definitely come back during the holidays.”
