Dear Lowes,
I don’t know how you do it but big kudos to your employees for always helping with my boss level shenanigans. While my husband is at home still asking why, y’all are saying let’s try it!
A huge shout out to James today. I walked in and said “I got a new cat and have a brainstorm.” You said, “That sounds fun.”
Thanks from this gremlin and his family in a now kitten proof (as much as possible) house.

I came to this store to get a replacement for my key. Their machine made the key incompletely. When I questioned them. They said it was not our responsibility and had nothing to do with us. You need to talk to the vendor. This is unacceptable. If you can't be held accountable, keep this machine out of your store. (Wednesday June 11, 11:20)

Since I bought my home in 2017, I've been to this location 4+ times to try to get appliances and each time my experience gets worst. This time was the worst, the appliance people two of them sat with a customer but didn't reach out to us for a long time. And when they did they just pointed me to one dishwasher b/c it's what he owned vs. asked what I needed. He was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. So I didn't bother them and bought my $1000's of dollars of appliances somewhere else. See my other reviews of where I went and the great experience I had. So I almost never do this but I asked to speak to the store manager and reported the experience.

Whatever you do , do NOT get any project done or open a Lowe’s credit card. We had to fight for over a month for them to clearly write up what we wanted. We sign everything only to find out if you chose the 24 month payment plan you have to pay it off entirely before they will even START the project. It was so bizarre we thought it certainly couldn’t be true. Lo and behold after talking with 3 managers, including one at Lowe’s Corporate , it’s true. We go to cancel our Lowe’s card and get told it works like a normal payment plan and all 3 people were wrong. What?!. Complete disorganization every step of the way. Save yourself time, money and a headache and avoid this store at all costs.

This location is so clean and the staff are always willing to answer questions. This is hard to find in other places sometimes. Eric in appliances was kind enough to greet us and came over just to offer help if we needed it and say hi to our pups. That is just wonderful customer service. We have to rent a tool soon and definitely going to try to use this Lowes
