They are customer oriented and make suggestions based on customer needs. The store is an outlet, so prices are cheaper than online or anywhere else. Staff assists with finding models and sizes, checking out quickly, and signing up for the helpful email program and coupons. Even when items are not in stock, the helpful staff will call another store to place an order or assist with online ordering, ensuring customers are extremely satisfied. The business is highly recommended.
