“Our family loves Ugg. The shoes are comfortable, durable and warm. If you’re looking for snow boots the Adirondack is amazing. My husband, myself and my daughter have them. They are so warm. My husband said they are the only boots that keep his feet warm while shoveling snow. I noticed there were some negative reviews but that wasn’t my experience at all. My visit was positive. The manager and other staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. I visited in February so it wasn’t crowded. I heard that during the holidays there were extensive lines and customers had to wait to get into the store. This is not a large store and they do try to keep the crowds to a minimum in the store since it’s on the smaller side. I’d recommend during the holidays to order online if you can. Personally I won’t wait in line for extended periods of time, as I do a lot of online shopping instead. I would recommend to Ugg corporate to maybe lease a larger store at this location or open other stores in Virginia nearby since this is the only Ugg store in Virginia? They have a variety of items but not all items that are founds in Ugg.com. It’s definitely worth going to this store as they do have sales, but with the realization that their shoes/boots may be in high demand during the holidays. I’ve been to this store a few times over the past couple years and have had a great experience and would definitely shop there again.”

Shoes are all over the place on the back wall, with very little room to move around (and that's where most of the customers are). Really good prices (for Nike) and they offer a military or veterans discount. If you don't mind a little chaos, this is a good place to find shoes at a deal.”
