“Great shoes, good quality ,High price by considering other mid range tier brands.They have a good selection of styles, basically European style , that I like it more.Their size ranges are better than many other competitors, especially small (lady size) shoes like size 5, and/or for men with wider toe size, which are not easily available elsewhere.I don't like to buy clothes, dresses, and shoes online, I'd rather to put them on and try them , especially if there are good options and varieties of sizes like ECCO Store.There were store associates ready to help you or if you had any questions.The cashier was nice and polite.I will definitely consider them for my future shoe purchases.”

The downside is that they don’t post all of their sales on the outlet website and I make the drive from Baltimore, so I just have to go on the when I “feel” like there will be a good sale. “Last week was my birthday and on Saturday I was invited to a fancy lunch to celebrate. Of course I wait until the day of to go find shoes I go to DSW as soon as the open on Saturday on the hunt. A few things to note, - Almost all of the footies boxes were empty. - Saturday morning is the best time to come shop. The store was a ghost town Anyways, I found some cute Steve Madden heels and I was able to use my coupon. Super stoked!! I will def return. The shoes were a success.”

Gender should be a trainer, a recuriter I worked in retail back in the dark ages (80's & 90's) and was a recruiter for a very large retail apparel conglomerate based in OHIO ( no more clues for you ). There would have been a job for Gender. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things UGG - past and present. AND, she knows about the UGG family of brands that she also shares info about (UGG, are you listening?) She shares her knowledge so casually without being a know-it-all and without any "sales" pressure - amazing qualities that make you WANT TO BUY. Why? Because she makes you feel informed, smart and EXCITED about UGG products. And so, I bought and I have future purchases already in my head for me, my family and friends. “I took my daughter, who wears a specific type of shoe that supports her orthodics, to this NB outlet. When I walked in, I asked about a very specific NB that's worked well for her (the 990s). Although this store didn't have women's (nor youth her size), the young man (Artyst) that answered my question didn't stop there. He took the initiative to try to help me find options in her size and try them on. “I attempted to complete the “Nike Visit” survey, but it didn’t work and I feel the need to give a big shout out to this store and an associate that helped me. Armides was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Without even looking things up he listed off multiple special addition sneakers and pointed us in the right direction to get everything we came for and more. The store was busy with back to school shoppers, that were thrashing the place as they went through but the staff had all hands on deck keeping merchandise stocked up and the entire floor organized. On our way out we saw the line was extremely long, but it moved so quickly and the sales were unbeatable!!! If you’re looking for a Nike factory store, this is the one to go to.”
