I found the Customer Service excellent. Noah helped me in finding sneakers for me. As we could not find the Correct size he asked me to order them from the front desk.Noah was very helpful.
At the front desk Yajaira took all the details and found the sneakers for me and ordered them. Very polite and courteous. Give 5 stars to Noah and Yajaira.”

“Great shoes, good quality ,High price by considering other mid range tier brands.They have a good selection of styles, basically European style , that I like it more.Their size ranges are better than many other competitors, especially small (lady size) shoes like size 5, and/or for men with wider toe size, which are not easily available elsewhere.I don't like to buy clothes, dresses, and shoes online, I'd rather to put them on and try them , especially if there are good options and varieties of sizes like ECCO Store.There were store associates ready to help you or if you had any questions.The cashier was nice and polite.I will definitely consider them for my future shoe purchases.”

“I visited this store today for an exchange of a pair of shoes that I got as a gift for my birthday. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mike. He said welcome! I told him that I wanted to get a different shoe size. He said sure and checked if the same shoes were in stock. He found them and then let me tried them on to make sure they fitted well. Once I was set, he offered me additional products to take care of my shoes. He was extremely helpful, upbeat and accommodating. At the end of the exchange he told me that his system was showing that I also had some cash back. I was surprised and truly pleased! He gave a gift card and wished me a happy birthday. I told him that I would come back with my family to buy here, not only for the shoes but mainly for the quality of his customer service. He went above and beyond and I sincerely felt that Mike took care of my request in the most caring way. Thank you Mike! You are awesome. Keep up your excellent customer service.”

If you don’t see your size, ask an employee and they can check online and ship your size to your house!
They also have a clearance section in the back of the store.
The restrooms at this store are on the right side, near the front of store, near the purses.”

Found a really good pair that my PT Doctor approved and plan to start breaking them in soon. Lots of shoes and sneakers on display and good efficient service checking out.”
“The checkout staff are engaging and friendly. No one bothering you, but that makes it a bit of a free-for-all, especially in the shoe section. Shoes are all over the place on the back wall, with very little room to move around (and that's where most of the customers are). Really good prices (for Nike) and they offer a military or veterans discount. If you don't mind a little chaos, this is a good place to find shoes at a deal.”

“Our family loves Ugg. The shoes are comfortable, durable and warm.
If you’re looking for snow boots the Adirondack is amazing. My husband, myself and my daughter have them. They are so warm. My husband said they are the only boots that keep his feet warm while shoveling snow.
I noticed there were some negative reviews but that wasn’t my experience at all. My visit was positive. The manager and other staff were so helpful, friendly and kind.
I visited in February so it wasn’t crowded. I heard that during the holidays there were extensive lines and customers had to wait to get into the store. This is not a large store and they do try to keep the crowds to a minimum in the store since it’s on the smaller side. I’d recommend during the holidays to order online if you can. Personally I won’t wait in line for extended periods of time, as I do a lot of online shopping instead.
I would recommend to Ugg corporate to maybe lease a larger store at this location or open other stores in Virginia nearby since this is the only Ugg store in Virginia?
They have a variety of items but not all items that are founds in Ugg.com.
It’s definitely worth going to this store as they do have sales, but with the realization that their shoes/boots may be in high demand during the holidays.
I’ve been to this store a few times over the past couple years and have had a great experience and would definitely shop there again.”
