“I visited this store today for an exchange of a pair of shoes that I got as a gift for my birthday. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mike. He said welcome! I told him that I wanted to get a different shoe size. He said sure and checked if the same shoes were in stock. He found them and then let me tried them on to make sure they fitted well. Once I was set, he offered me additional products to take care of my shoes. He was extremely helpful, upbeat and accommodating. At the end of the exchange he told me that his system was showing that I also had some cash back. I was surprised and truly pleased! He gave a gift card and wished me a happy birthday. I told him that I would come back with my family to buy here, not only for the shoes but mainly for the quality of his customer service. He went above and beyond and I sincerely felt that Mike took care of my request in the most caring way. Thank you Mike! You are awesome. Keep up your excellent customer service.”

If you don’t see your size, ask an employee and they can check online and ship your size to your house!
They also have a clearance section in the back of the store.
The restrooms at this store are on the right side, near the front of store, near the purses.”

“Visiting Leesburg Outlets and looking for a comfortable Skechers I stopped by Famous Footwear Outlet rather than the Skechers Outlet as I heard they have better discounts. Found a really good pair that my PT Doctor approved and plan to start breaking them in soon. Lots of shoes and sneakers on display and good efficient service checking out.”
“The checkout staff are engaging and friendly. No one bothering you, but that makes it a bit of a free-for-all, especially in the shoe section. Shoes are all over the place on the back wall, with very little room to move around (and that's where most of the customers are). Really good prices (for Nike) and they offer a military or veterans discount. If you don't mind a little chaos, this is a good place to find shoes at a deal.”

She checked on me many times, helped me with all the pairs of shoes I was trying on, gave suggestions, And was overall very courteous and knowledgeable at her job. I really appreciated her making small talk with me as well because I don’t feel like I get that in stores all the time anymore. Overall, I went in to get one thing and I came out with many more all at an amazing price. Probably the best fan store I’ve been to, Especially thanks to Cara!”
