The shining star are the people who work here. “Going postal” now means kindness and being helpful and making someone else’s day easier when you don’t have to. Even though I’m in Middleburg, I come to Aldie because they are just so much nicer to everyone”

“Not a review of the post office staff per se, but our Hamilton VA mail lady deserves 10 out of 5 stars. We have to order live bugs for our son's lizard, and those little guys are very sensitive to cold and heat. Today, our amazing mail woman brought that box of bugs up to our door in the pouring down rain, (and left dog treats for our pup) so that our bug purchase didn't go to waste. In my book that is so above and beyond, and we are very grateful!”
“I stopped by to purchase a stamp and potentially send a letter. The wait was very short, the process was quick and efficient, and the customer service was exceptionally kind and friendly.
It’s always refreshing to be greeted by someone who is polite, professional, and willing to help. My visit was simple, pleasant, and exactly what I needed.
