Super convenient self service options and location, but please, please, please fix the drop boxes in the lobby! Everytime I've gone to mail a package, they never work and I have to make a stop elsewhere. It defeats the purpose of self service if the outgoing boxes don't work.

They seem to try… most people can do almost anything on the self-service, but they still stand in line. Leesburg USPS has the longest lines. But stamps at the grocery store or online and skip this place!

Very pleasant experience! Joynal helped me with my passport application. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me! If you need a passport, this is the place to go! Staff was very friendly too!
