Took an appointment online at 7h50am. Came on time, 4 other patients were waiting in the hallway, they all had appointments around the same time. We waited and waited. Some left more came. It is now 8h20am and we are still waiting. So unprofessional so unreliable. Close this patient service center please.

The clinical experience was fine. Efficient, clean, and painless. However, the website and subsequent attempts to access my results have been abysmal. Based on that experience, I would not select Quest as my lab service on purpose.

I did not make an appointment in advance but only waited about 5 minutes. Check In is easy and quick. The people I interacted with were prompt, polite, informative and helpful. This is my third visit to Quest Diagnostics in Leesburg in the past 6 months. My experience each time has been positive. I highly recommend this location when you need lab work.

I had an appointment on a Friday morning that I’d booked online. I was seen promptly and the space was clean. She scanned my printed doctors order, checked my insurance, and I was in and out. The self check-in tablet was easy enough although it could be tricky to get the scanner to capture my cards so if you need help it might be tough with only one person staffing the location . The lovely woman working solo was beyond kind and professional, she was so lovely and skilled. I realize sometimes folks may have a different experience if it’s busy but I had a fantastic experience.

Scheduling and using quests website is extremely painful. I wonder how they even exist in the business. I wasted my 2 hours just to schedule my appointment. The websites wouldn’t work and automated scheduling system wouldn’t take my name. One of the worst e experience! I hope they close this business!

Please update your hours if you are not going to open by 7:30am. There were more than 6 patients waiting and the office was closed almost until 8:30am.

Terrible. Cannot get ahold of a real person via phone. Hours show closed for lunch 11:30-12:30. Arrived at 11:10, apparently they decided to take lunch early today.So frustrating!

Quick, easy, and painless. That is all you can really hope for with a lab appointment. I received a text prior to my arrival to check-in from your phone. That was a seamless process, and my orders were all in the computer. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Later that day, I had a tiny localized bruise that disappeared quickly. This was a better experience than the location on Market St and the one in Countryside.

The phlebotomist was experienced and gentle when finding my very tiny veins. He was the only person at the facility so he was solely responsible for communicating with those in the waiting room and drawing the blood, dealing with deliveries, etc. I think having one more attendant to help with those waiting would be convenient.
