Decent single-track trail. Well maintained for the most part.
But the water has a warning prohibiting swimming and wading so it’s not ideal for that. And parking is limited.

This is an easy way to pop onto the Heritage Trail which run from Goose Creek along the Potomac towards DC. This is access via a small parking lot and it has a Don's Jon. People sometimes bring canoes and kayaks to Goose Creek using this lot.

Such a wonderful gem in the middle of Leesburg. Beautiful river walk and fishing and areas to splash and wade. Very peaceful area to get away from the data centers and craziness without venturing far
