“I've been taking my cars to Catoctin for over 20 years and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aside from being kind and genuine people, Mike, Tony and their teams are highly skilled professionals. You will always get an honest assessment of what's going on with your vehicle. Years ago I took my car in for a repair that would've cost me about $2000 (plus another $2000 down the road when the front end needed the same repair). Mike's assessment was that it was time for a new car. He made a recommendation of what was best for me when it meant a loss of income for him. If it was an option to give 10 stars I would!!”

“I had an oil change service and wanted to have the brake checked. The staff were super friendly and helpful. In addition, after the visit, they would have a report sent to you via email so that you can view the conditions of your car and what might be recommended to be done/check if they notice anything during the inspection. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“I was quoted $1,731 for the same service at another shop in Leesburg, but got it done here for just $1,172. They sent me an estimate within a few hours, got my car in the very next day, and had it ready that same day! Everyone was friendly, professional, and did a great job. Highly recommend!”

“Came here for an oil change. Service was good. They keep sending me automated text messages (9 so far) asking me to let them know about my experience, but when I click the link it just takes me to Google asking me to leave a review. My review is that you may not want to give them your phone number if you don't like getting a lot of text messages and notifications from retail establishments.”

“My vehicle overheated a few miles from this shop - this is an area I am unfamiliar with for the most part- the agent on the phone recognized our location and suggested this shop- Because it was Friday evening had to leave the automobile until Monday- I live outside of the state explained to the service advisor I needed to return home Tuesday and please do what you can to fix my auto on Monday- he assured me my automobile was safe under lights and the shop had security camera as well- he did what he could to provide me with being at ease to leave the vehicle- As promised he called first thing Monday morning with the diagnostic and we moved forward with the work- I returned before closing to pick up my ride!!!!! Thank you AAA - mostly THANK YOU Andrew Wynegar -you gave me confidence in the repair - discussed the repair with me and never made me feel stupid or a bother- you took the time to meet my needs and reassured me in many ways in our discussions and with my many questions and in preventive care for my situation and the future- I would return here solely based on my experience with Andrew- Andrew is an asset to this shop!!”
