“I've been taking my cars to Catoctin for over 20 years and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aside from being kind and genuine people, Mike, Tony and their teams are highly skilled professionals. You will always get an honest assessment of what's going on with your vehicle. Years ago I took my car in for a repair that would've cost me about $2000 (plus another $2000 down the road when the front end needed the same repair). Mike's assessment was that it was time for a new car. He made a recommendation of what was best for me when it meant a loss of income for him. If it was an option to give 10 stars I would!!”

Tracie and Damian from Service are some of the best reps I have ever worked with. They both understood the major issue I was having with my truck and always saw things from my point of view. I never had to track them down for information and they always provided updates and if I needed anything they made sure to get me an answer. Both of them are STELLAR employees and this location is lucky to have them.”
“I’ve never been to a more honest and trustworthy auto shop in my life! I brought in my jeep for a standard oil change and some flushes, Rick ended up finding several issues that needed to be addressed. Instead of trying to “scam” me, he gave me honest answers and advice- fixed the most important things and advised me on the next steps to get my car into better shape. He worked with my budget and tried not to overwhelm me as these repairs were something I was not financially prepared for. I couldn’t recommend this place more, if you’re on a tight schedule Rick won’t leave the shop until the job is done!”

They also fixed the battery in our key fob, which we have not been able to lock our car in years! We were told by our dealership it would be $1000 to replace the keyless remote system, But this shop replaced it and now we can lock our car again! Great service highly recommend!!”

“I failed an emission test as part of a safety inspection at another service station, and they couldn't fix it because the part(s) were no longer available for my old vehicle. I brought it to Midas, which has a welder and capability to make custom parts at 8:30 am on a Monday without an appointment and they fixed the problem and I drove out at 2:30 the same day. Wayne was my service manager and he couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate the responsiveness and expertise. Without it, I would have been completely out of luck.”

In addition, after the visit, they would have a report sent to you via email so that you can view the conditions of your car and what might be recommended to be done/check if they notice anything during the inspection. “I took my truck for an oil change mid Afternoon on a Tuesday in August and they did a great job going over other extras that were needed and vacuum my truck. Three places I called gave me appointments in weeks. They did the best job servicing my truck better than the dealers. My cabin filter had never been replaced before.
