“Have been going here for most of my Audi Q7 TDI needs over the past year or so. Recently broke my rear view mirror while close to the shop so figured I'd jet in to see if they could help. Scott (The owner) came out and went beyond the scope of duty and spent 20 HOT minutes figuring out how to fix the mirror. Wouldn't take money for the effort. Greatly appreciate the time and effort and will continue to bring both my Audi and VW to them for regular service and/or other fixes needed. Thank you!”

“I’m a Marine veteran, but never announced it, nor did I expect any type of preferential treatment. However, upon checking in at the counter for service, Victor Flores greeted me with a smile and asked how many years I served in the military. It caught me off guard, but turns out he was former law enforcement and we immediately connected. Not only that, but the leak I had in my tire actually ended up being the result of a leaky valve core, and they replaced it at no charge. I was in and out of there in 20mins…on a Monday! Additionally, there was a positive vibe in the office/waiting area thanks to how friendly everyone was. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
