The Best Western Lexington Inn is a nice, quiet hotel undergoing renovations, with rooms described as clean, comfortable, updated, and well above expectations. It is conveniently located close to the intersection of I-64 and I-81 and near the downtown area and horse complex, with no traffic noise reported. The staff, particularly at the front desk, is repeatedly praised as amazing, kind, and compassionate, often going out of their way to accommodate specific room requests for guest satisfaction. The hotel offers a free breakfast with options like cereals, bagels, pancakes, sausage, juice, milk, and coffee, though some guests found the hours somewhat short and the quality decent but not the best, with one mention of watered-down juice. The property is pet-friendly with a reasonable service charge. The grounds are clean and surroundings quiet. Some negatives include accessibility challenges for mobility chairs, as reaching rooms requires going through the lobby or using a distant ramp. Room features received mixed feedback: some TVs are small with poor reception, some toilet seats lack lids, and some doors have outside access with peepholes that lack covers for privacy. Check-out time is 11 am, which some guests found early. Despite these points, the overall sentiment is very positive, with multiple guests stating they would definitely stay again.
Everything was clean and comfortable, but the sound of the water turning on and off was very loud. The water running through the pipes was heard from the other rooms, too. Insulation between rooms was not great; we could hear nearby guests sneezing, coughing and showering as if they were in the same space.

Walked in my room to only see 3 pillows, most BW I have been to have 4. Breakfast was very decent. The floor in my room could have used a mop before I got it. Overall an OK experience.

Convenient location and clean room. Decent option for about $100 a night.
