“I currently reside permanently/long-term in a STUDIO6 in Dallas, Texas. I’m traveling to New York with my nephew on a nice road trip and I do try to stay at Motel 6 as much as I can. This particular place is a gem. The room was very clean, making it quite comfortable to relax. No funky smell either like you’ll get on occasion at other less expensive motels. We got what we paid for here, as Himir runs a great motel. Take it from somebody who stays at many hotels, Motel 6 generally is a lot of bang for the buck, and this particular one took it to a new level. I recommend giving this place a try, and for the money, you will not be disappointed. I must also give a shout out to Betty, his employee who had a similar people skills when we had checked in the previous day. She was very pleasant and nice to deal with, which isn’t always the case when checking into motels. I’ve always noticed it hit and miss regarding other motels. This place is a hit. Please stop by, they’ll leave the light on for you lol. …”

“Highly recommended for everyone! I checked in late at night, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, easily granting my request for a late checkout. The rooms were absolutely spotless and kept at a very comfortable temperature. I had a great stay!”

“Everything was clean and comfortable, but the sound of the water turning on and off was very loud. The water running through the pipes was heard from the other rooms, too. Insulation between rooms was not great; we could hear nearby guests sneezing, coughing and showering as if they were in the same space.”
“I absolutely LOVE the man at the front desk (possibly the owner) he's so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Never any trashy stuff going on outside of the rooms.”
“I’ll start this off by stating that I hate staying in hotels. I get “the ick” very easily and can’t relax.
The Georges is literally one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I was instantly comfortable there. The bathroom was the absolute cleanest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. The rooms are well appointed and super clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Again, I am never comfortable in hotels, so this was huge for me. I was able to get a great nights sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a nice hot breakfast included every morning, and not just your standard gross hotel buffet breakfast. It was made to order eggs, bacon, etc.
Before we arrived, they called me and asked if we needed anything special for our stay. I asked for a mini fridge since I am a pumping mother, and it was plugged in and ready to go upon our arrival. They also stocked us with complimentary water bottles each day.
I could not be happier with our stay there. We visit Lexington every few years, and this is hands down where we will stay every time. We have tried staying at “The Gin” down the road, and it was night and day difference in quality, cleanliness, and service. Trust me, spend the extra money and stay at the Georges. You will not regret it.”
