The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The LRS team has a detailed understanding of their products which helps them find the best products for your fitness goals. They also have a nice inventory of apparel and gear.

This is hands down the best shop for running gear head to toe. They have the low down on local routes and races and most importantly getting the right running shoes for you. With their onsite treadmill you can even take the shoes for a spin before you commit. Highly Recommend!

I was passing through Lexington and came across LRS - What a find! Great selection of Uber cool running gear. They also gave me a great recommendation for a much needed trail run. Thanks for the recommendation - Brushy Hills Preserve was a fun run!
