“Today, Dec. 1, 2025 had a last minute decision to stop in the shoe store for slippers. Alex the sales associate help me, upon asking him what was sale and walk me over to each display, shoes, to purses and slippers. I knew once I saw the slippers there was one that caught my eye. Alex checked in the back, and also asked his associate if they received any in my size coming in that day. But he assured me that the coming Monday would be a good day to come by and call, he wrote the store phone number and gave it to me. I hoping he is recommended for a promotion or a raise, very professional as he took his time to put the customer first(me) as this is excellent customer service. He would be my hire for any job.
